They had a hidden resort fee per day. Housekeeping took the towels and did not replace them. The sheets were not changed, only the bed made. Breakfast was watery scrambled eggs and sausage links every day. Last morning on the stay there was no hot water. Front desk could not print out a receipt of the stay.

The staff was excellent, very friendly. There was renovating during my stay but it didn’t impact me at all. My biggest complaint would be people smoking. They advertise non smoking on the premises but a few times people smoking on the patio while eating breakfast which means I couldn’t enjoy this space. Also since I was there for 2 weeks I’m not sure if the toilet was cleaned at all.

For the price it was not bad. The breakfast that is included is very basic, same menu for all 6 days I was there, which was scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese, two types of sausages pork or turkey, slice bread, muffins, two types of cereal. I only took advantage of the breakfast once. They are going through some upgrades currently so I’m not sure if the rooms will be changing. The rooms are not bad, the floors always seems to be sticky not sure if that’s due to the humidity the toilet and tub had dark stains. The room isn’t sound proofed, you can hear everything outside from someone talking to rolling luggages. It is also next to a “club” so it was very noisy during the night. It is located around many restaurants so it was very convenient to get food.

This was a good place to stay because everything is so close. We were 23minutes from Disney and 15 minutes from Disney springs. The only issue is that is smelled like wet carpet and they had an ironing board but no irons. We asked and they said they don’t have irons. We will probably stay here again since we know what to expect.

I can't really give an honest review about this hotel since I didn't stay there. However, I believe I was charged for one night even though I called and sent a message for cancelation. I'll get in touch with the hotel again.

The hotel service was terrible. Checked me into a room that was occupied, then checked me into a room I hadn't booked, then keys didn't work, then they changed all the locks, construction going all day, no hot water, disposable plates and cutlery at breakfast. The place ruined my visit. How can they renovate a hotel whilst guests are there. Simply disgraceful and greedy.

The hotel was being renovated when we were there so it very loud. Room keys would often not work for the room or fitness center. The painter got paint dots from a little smaller than a dime to smaller spots all over the hood and windshield of our car. Staff was kind and helpful.

I felt safe here, and I was actually concerned because the traffic was so loud outside but the room was actually really quiet even though I was right by the street. It’s definitely a bare basics type of hotel inside the room, but it was really clean and the room I was in had been very recently renovated. I didn’t use the pool or get breakfast, but it looked really nice and the people hanging out by the pool were not loud or disturbing.

When we arrived, we were given our room key, and when we went to our room, there was someone staying in it. We were given a new room and then we were enclosed in the room with plastic and had to be cut out to exit the room as they were painting the exterior. The actual room was clean but very small. The waffles at breakfast were the best part of the stay. 🙄

Nice place, rooms recently rennovated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was tasty. They are doing renos right now, so not quiet and lots of things going on, but im sure it will be nice when they are done.
