Disney vacation
The property was as advertised. We have been staying in Windsor hills area for about fifteen years when we vacation and unfortunately it has become super saturated with renters. However, I believe this to be the case everywhere close to Disney. The Walmart is a madhouse but hey it is super close. The guest house is nice but don’t lose the bands. You can only be on the pool deck with bands. You get those when you check in and request those privileges. My kids threw them away because they are like paper hospital bands and when they went back to the pool they were told this is the last time we will give you a new band. That sounds fair except they have to give you new ones to put them on every time anyway and they throw away your old one. You have to exchange for new. How difficult is it to look up the agreement on computer. Or even see the card you get at the gate house and give you new. They are very rude about the entire situation. Overall the owners/property managers have provided plenty of bedding and pots/pans.

Family Disney Trip
Perfect for our family of 12, 7 adults and 5 children 3 and under! Our family is too big to stay on property at Disney. Very easy drive, Spring Break crowds and got to the park in less than 10 min. each day. Convenient to Wal Mart and fast food. Didn’t get to use the pool due to lack of time but everything was clean and well maintained.

Great stay close to everything
This was our second stay at Windsor Hills, the last time was at one of the condos. After staying at this property, I can say that I would definitely stay at this house over any of the condos if you have a large family. So much space for relaxing and for sleeping, huge kitchen/dining room with three hightop tables and two areas for countertop seating. The pool on property was great if you didn’t want to pack up everything to take little kids to the main pool. Multiple layers of security to keep little ones from being able to get to the pool by themselves. The house is about 15 minutes to the Disney parking lots, close to a Walmart with a gas station, and the property has 24/7 security at the gate. Had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Vacation March 3rd-11th
We had a beautiful stay at the house. All the rooms were very spacious for 2 families. We enjoyed coming back to the house every night to take advantage of the pool and hot tub. The backyard was quiet and not too close to the neighbours: We bought a few hand soap pumps to have at the house and left them there for future guests as there was no hand soap. We also bought extra face cloths as there was not enough. We left those there as well for future guests. The house location was perfect and close or not far of a drive to all the parks and things we did in the area. Jing was easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this house.

Great property, close to parks and easy access.
The house and gated community were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again, but would recommend looking into replacing mattresses soon as they were not the most comfortable. Children & adults enjoyed pool at the house as well as the community pool/slides.

Relaxing stay!
Great location, more privacy than others in this community. Pool area was great - kids had a blast! Life vests for littles and a few toys included with plenty of pool towels for our large group! Game room (located in finished garage) area was quite humid during the day, kids thought it was way to hot to play out there, we tried to keep doors shut to keep house cooler. Not enough table silverware for our large group just be prepared to grab some plastic. Plenty of plates cups etc.. and a great collection of plastic dishes for littles, and plenty of seating. Bedrooms were clean and comfy, plenty of sleeping room - blow up mattress in garage with nice infant stroller and two simple toddler strollers. Booster seat also. Queen room had a small crib included. Plenty of blankets/ sheets. Owner was great! Responded quickly to all of our questions. Easiest stay we have had. Walking distance from community pool area/ across street from the park. Great central location to Orlando Park Destinations. Would book again!

Horrible stay
This is a huge property perfect for large families which is why I chose it in the first place but unfortunately was also the bad part of it. This house is in a closed condominium where they make everything possible to ruin your stay. It is ridiculous that if you rent a property for 14 guests, you are only allowed to have three cars register in the condominium. My family traveled from different places to reunite for my daughter’s 4th birthday which was the reason of this trip, of course most of them drove to get here but they couldn’t park in the property. I understand that only two cars can be park outside the house but at least let others to park in the guests parking area, do not tell me to send my family to park at a Walmart parking lot 5 minutes away from the condominium. Also, I paid to have the pool and the spa heated and when I got to the house both were extremely cold. After contacting the owner she apologized and refunded my the money I paid for that feature and told me that someone was going to go at the other day to turn the heater on. That meant that we could use the pool or the spa on our first day because, again, it was extremely cold. That was frustrating for the kids in the family and for the adults as well. Third point, the house was full of dust in every artificial plant and high stands. That caused me, my husband and my kid to be congested most of the time because we are allergic to dust. Fourth point, we received a noose complaint from Saturday night which I understand that during the night noise travel faster because most of the houses were quiet and you have to keep it at certain level during quiet time but how come people complain about noise from a Sunday noon??? It was my daughter’s birthday, what are we supposed to do in a celebration? Talk quietly and not listen to music? It was a Sunday noon-afternoon birthday celebration!!! All these problems made my stay super frustrating and not wanting me book any other property in a condominium ever again. I really don’t recommend this property to anybody that is looking to have his family stay together.

Fantastic Villa
My family and I could not have been happier with accommodation. Jing is absolutely amazing, she is very prompt with responses and handles everything in the most professional manner. The property management team were equally impressive as they had to come out and rectify a few things during our stay, again very responsive and professional. What you see is what you get and we were all very happy and it made our overall stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this property!!

Family Vacation
We had 12 people on vacation and this home fit us perfectly. It was a quick weekend but, we did get to go up to the club house and enjoy the water slides, pool and gym. Several of spent most nights in the garage playing pool and foosball. The location was perfect from all the places we needed to go, from groceries to amusement parks. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would definitely recommend this one.

Wonderful Vacation
We enjoyed our stay! Very close to Disney parks. We enjoyed the amenities at the Windsor resorts. The waterpark was only about .2 miles away with plenty of sidewalks to walk to and from the waterpark. We felt very safe on the premises. The park was right around the corner and Walmart was right down the road. The only couple of negatives we found were that alot of bathroom lights were burnt out and the pool was pretty dirty with debris at the bottom. Other then that we truly enjoyed our stay.

The house size was great and location was prime! There were a few issues such as the locks on any of the doors don't work. The washing machine is terrible and is off balance and rocks, bangs, and thumps all over!! Also there were no extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. So it was a big trip to the store for essential items that are typically provided in any other rental homes we have stayed at prior!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The home was very clean and exactly as stated in the listing. The only things I noticed that could use some improvements were the bedding on some of the beds seemed too small and the pool cues in the game room were really bad, they need to be replaced.

The property was very spacious as expected from the online photos when booking. When we arrived, the downstairs floors appeared to have not been cleaned. Also, the freezer filter needed to be replaced as there was no ice, and the pool had not been filled. I reached out to Jing and he was very prompt to respond and sent someone to the property to address all 3 issues.

We'll be back!
I am so glad we booked this location for our week long stay. Six adults and five kids and we still had extra space. The kitchen is almost fully stocked, minus an ice cream scoop and salt and pepper. When we weren't at the amusement parks, the kids were enjoying the game room or the resorts pool. Half of our party is planning to book for a return trip in the fall. Looking back. I wish we would've paid for the pool heater. The only thing of note is the washing machine is loud and unbalanced. Not a huge deal since we did our laundry a few times and during the day, but an FYI for the host. Thank you so much for providing this location for rental. It took so much stress off my plate over booking a hotel. The time we were able to spend together was priceless.

Pleased with our experience - would recommend
The location was great. Very close and convenient to all the parks, several restaurants and even a Super Walmart a couple miles up the street. Some things in the home were a bit worn/dated but it did not detract from the stay. Owner and management company are very responsive if there is an issue. We had 9 people (5 adults and 4 kids) and the house was very comfortable for all. I would suggest making sure some of the basics are stocked such as hand soaps, salt/pepper/spices (we purchased and left onsite) and there are plenty of dishes for all but not enough silverware without washing every time. Plenty of towels and linens for our stay. Pool/hot tub is a nice bonus for the relax days at the house. I would recommend and stay again in the future.

This was a nice place to stay while we were in Orlando. The neighborhood pool was very nice! The house was nice. My only critique is certain things seemed very worn or dated. Although this didn't affect or experience at all. I would stay here again.

Fall Break getaway
We stayed at this property for fall break and had a great time. The property was perfect for us. There were 4 adults and 6 kids and there was ample room for everyone. After enjoying Universal Studios all day, we would come home and the kids played in the pool and in the game room. The property could have been a little cleaner but there is a Walmart super close and we bought basic needs like dish soap, laundry pods and spray cleaner. We did wash the sheets before we slept in the beds because there was hair in one of the beds. Regardless of those issues, we loved the property and the property manager was wonderful and great to deal with. Would definitely stay here again!!

We really liked the location and size of the home. It fit 9 of us very comfortably. The place could have used a good cleaning but it wasn’t bad. Beautiful House Great Community
Beautiful house that accommodated a family of 12 with plenty of room for all. During our stay the pool lights and filter didn't work and the game room was unusable. The owner is great and is very quick to respond to any questions that you may have. If we every return will try to stay here again.

Very comfortable house & great location!
We enjoyed our stay in this large house that accommodated our families for a Disney vacation very well! House was clean and had most things we needed for our stay. You will want to bring toilet paper, bath soap and shampoo, (you only get a tiny sample size in each bathroom). Other than that we have no negatives about the house or our stay! Easy drive to all the Disney parks! Kids enjoyed the backyard pool and loved the big community pool with the awesome slides and play area. Enjoy your stay!

Very nice area
I recently stayed a weekend in the home with some friends and kids for Spring break. Nice area. Lots of stores and things to do close by. The house does come fully equipped but bring your own toiletries. And I would definitely recommend getting the heating option. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Great location, house needs lots of work
This house is big and spacious, but has not been maintained at all. We had a group of 12 that stayed for the week. Pros - 1. Plenty of bedrooms to sleep the 12 2. House was clean and ready when we arrived. 3. Owner was VERY responsive by email. 4. Location of home was beautiful. Cons 1. House needs a lot of work. 2. Beds are all worn down, mattresses and pillows very uncomfortable. King bed frame in second room upstairs, was broke and attempted to be repaired many times, as evidenced by the random boards screwed in random places attempting to fix it. We had to fix the bed, before it could be slept in it due to the mattress sinking in the middle. 3. The house said it could accommodate 12, but it only had silverware for 8. It also did not have enough towels or wash clothes for 12. 4. Multiple cabinet fronts were broke, cabinet handles were broke on many of them and trim broke or missing. 5. We paid the extra money for the pool and hot tub to be heated. We arrived on Sunday and the heater and the pool lights were not working. I called immediately with no response. I emailed owner and we were first able to utilize the heater on Tuesday. However, the pool lights never did work. 6. The screened in pool area was missing big sections of screen, allowing bugs and a snake in and making it impossible to sit outside comfortably in the evening. The screen was also overgrown with algae/moss from lack of maintenance. 7. The concrete area itself around the pool and hot tub was cracked and sunken in many areas, making it very unsafe around the pool/hot tub area. 8. The concrete was overgrown with weeds coming up through it in the pool/hot tub area. 9. The game room advertised, was actually in the garage, which had no vent for cooking or heating. It was so hot, you could not be out there to utilize the area. The garage door was stuck and wouldn’t open. The advertised dart board was missing the actual board to throw darts at. 10. No one picked up trash daily as it stated they would, so we had to drive our trash to the compactor every day. The owner was very responsive, but maybe wasn’t nearby to help and had to rely on property management. Property management was absent and not helpful.

We stayed at the property at the beginning of March. The Property Manager was very accommodating when I asked if I could check in early as well as extending my stay one more day. The kids loved the property, I will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Excellent Stay
We stayed at this location for the Thanksgiving Holiday and it was wonderful. Communication with the owner, prior to our check in, was very easy and we were allowed to check in a couple of hours earlier. I have read some reviews, not particularly this property, where people have had issues checking in past the guard gate but we had no problems at all. The rooms and amenities were just as pictured. There was a room downstairs that was perfect for my elderly mom as the stairs would've posed a problem for her to have to climb every day. We had access to Netflix (using my account…which I almost forgot to sign out of) as well as Amazon Prime movies (which belonged to the owner). There was a playground within walking distance and while we never used the splash park at the clubhouse area, we were assigned wristbands. There is a Super Walmart center less than 2 miles away, which wasn't there when we stayed at this resort 10 years ago so that was a MAJOR convenience. There were strollers for use in the game room of this property which came in handy. We had a few glitches that were promptly dealt with by the owner but these issues did not ruin our vacation at all. The only complaint that I do have is that the television sets in some of the bedrooms were on the smaller size…but once again, it didn't ruin our vacation. I would HIGHLY suggest this location and would not hesitate to stay again. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
