We just arrived at the villa on Monday and on Tuesday I started to reshape and improve all the gardens and tall palms. I was surprised to see the roses in bloom. Thanks for letting me know that something went wrong with the irrigation system last night. Management went out this morning and found that a selenoid had miss function so we shut it off till the service guy arrives. Big help to get your quick headsup. Looking forward to our January second arrival but sure will miss our three great granddaughters age 1, 2 1/2 and 6. They light up life. Have a wonderful Christmas and a super year. Thanks for all your positive feedback and the note about the AC. I was not aware of any issues but when I followed up with management they noted that there learned about your concerns just before you left and your suggestions that it was not necessary to send a rep out until after your departure. Not sure what the issue was as the system has no caps on high or low temp setting. Most likely the copper pipe drain coming out of the air exchanger might be blocked. Either way management is on it and I really appreciate you letting us know.. Glad you liked the villa . We are looking forward to our winter stay and a chance to tweak things if needed. Thanks for the feedback -glad you had a good time and thanks for taking care of our villa. The cleaners did find one small technology device and management will be shipping it to you on Monday. Kathy and I would love to stock a "COOKING PANTRY" but have been advised that it is not recommended and may not be permitted for health reasons. Sure wish we could, but all food/cooking items are removed after a guest leaves. Hope you had a safe drive home and enjoy the summer. Cheers Tom and Kathy
