Disney magic!

Family Disney Trip

Magical family moments
We spent spring break with our extended family. It was a magical time for everyone. The house is extremely well maintained and clean. The pantry was stocked and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room. The owner was very prompt to reply to all of our questions and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. Nice stay
We had a great stay at this house. The size is great for a big family. The private pool and hot tub were our favorite part. You can’t beat coming back from the parks and having that all to yourself! The house itself and decor is a little dated but that didn’t bother us too much. The owner was great! The staff at the complex were too. Everyone we spoke with was kind and helpful. There was plenty to do at the house and in the complex. We would stay here again!

Worth every penny!
My large family - 5 children and 7 adults stayed at this beautiful home for a week in January. It was truly wonderful! The house was perfect in every way. The location was absolutely fantastic. This will be the rental we pick every time when visiting Florida.

Perfect House and Location
We traveled to Florida to experience Disney and could not have been happier with our accommodations! The house and location were perfect. This property was conveniently located only three miles from Disney (very easy drive)! In addition, there was a Walmart within a 5 minute drive for any groceries or needs you might have. Our entire group enjoyed the space and amenities in the house. My grandchildren each had themed bedrooms. The girls absolutely loved the princess room with carriage beds and all of the princess dress up gowns. My grandson definitely enjoyed his super hero room! It was so much fun to watch their excitement. There was a crib/baby bed that was conveniently located in one of the master bedrooms for the youngest. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with everyone especially on our off days! The hot tub was very therapeutic after long days in the park. I can not say enough about our hosts, Geoff and Jessica. They went out of their way to help make this trip perfect.

Amazing!
This is our 2nd stay at the home and we love it! The home has everything a family could possible need! Plenty of baby equipment: strollers, high chair, baby gates, crib, multiple pack n plays. The owner is always very responsive for the few times I contacted him. I have nothing negative to say about this house and will continue to make it our go to place to stay for Orlando trips!

A Magical Stay Close to Disney! 🌟
We recently stayed at this wonderful house in Florida, conveniently located just 15 minutes from Disney and under 30 minutes from Sea World and Universal. Our stay was truly magical! The Disney princess-themed room captivated the imaginations of my 2 and 4-year-old daughters, making their experience incredibly special. The house itself was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From a well-appointed game room filled with toys, perfect for kids under 10, to the inviting pool and rejuvenating hot tub, every detail was thoughtfully curated. After long, adventurous days at the parks, the hot tub was our sanctuary, providing much-needed relaxation. I highly recommend this property to families with young children due to the abundant toys and amenities tailored for them. However, it’s a fantastic choice for all ages! A small note for future guests: ensure the house is ready post-4pm check-in time. We experienced a slight delay due to cleaning, but it was a minor hiccup in our overall enchanting stay. We look forward to booking this house again on our next magical journey to Florida! 🏰✨

Amazing home & stay
This is an incredible house & community to stay. We were here for a week and had the best time. The kids loved the pool, hot tube & toy/game room. There are two parks within walking distance, as well as the club house with pool just a short walk away also. The house comes with everything you might need & more. When we come back to Disney we will be looking to stay here again!

Multi-Family Vacation!
This was the perfect place for us! We had four different families there, six adults and seven children. There was plenty of space for all of us. They were short on kitchen towels and the management company brought more out right away. The owner was also very easy to get a hold of an answered any questions that we had.

This place was amazing!
We had a great time! Very accommodating for families with small children which was so nice. We spent a few days at Disney, took a beach day, and did a couple other things and still everyone’s favorite was hanging out at the house by the pool and hot tub. Property owner was super great. Had one issue with pool lights/hot tub and he resolved it promptly. 10/10 would come back!

Disney House exceeded expectations
This is a beautiful, clean house with three decorated rooms for children, just as shown in the listing. It had all the amenities we needed. We were there with four adults and three kids (ages 6 and 7). The kids loved the game room so much, it was hard to get them away to go to Disney World! It was quite spectacular and a wonderful oasis for them to play and have fun. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and grill. There’s plenty of space for large groups! We had a concern for the property manager, which was quickly resolved. Communication was timely and responsive. This made our time here even better! We highly recommend this property!

Large vacation house
Very nice house to stay in. Plenty big enough for our group of 12. The only suggestion is bring toulet paper, no extra rolls are available. The people at the gate are rude. No instructions on how to get into large pool and water slide area. No trivets or oven mitts. Driveway barely wide enough for two vehicles. Lighting in general seemed dimm and missing bulb in dining area. Pirate bed was missing bolt and we had to put top bolt back in to fix it. Largest bathroom had a toilet that would keep running unless handle was jiggled. Closest walmart is crazy busy. The closest pizza place was Little Caesars. Overall enjoyed stay, just a few things need addressed.

Simply amazing!
I'm not usually one for reviews, but this place was brilliant. The host could not have done any more to help us. Communication, was first class. The villa was in the best location to get us anywhere we wanted to go. It was clean, quiet, spacious, and if I'm being honest the pictures don't really do it justice. Every extra we could have wanted was there and thought about. The pool and hot tub was great for relaxing after long days in the parks. Any questions we had were quickly answered and the whole process was made easy from start to finish. If we go to Orlando again as a group, we would absolutely look to stay here again! It's a wonderful villa and it helped us to have a magical holiday and make some great memories!

Amazing Vacation House
I loved staying at this house and would totally stay here again!! I rented this house with my husband, 4 children (aged 6-14), and my parents. We were looking for a house with a Disney vibe since we were heading to a few of the Disney parks during our stay. This house was exactly what I was looking for. The kids LOVED their themed bedrooms and the toy room. We spent so much time swimming in the pool and hanging out in the hot tub. The house is just as nice as the pictures make it out to be. The community it is located in is quiet and beautiful with a few parks, a community pool with slides, and a slash pad. We had so much fun at the house we didn’t even make it out to the community pool. I can’t wait to return here in the future!!

Family Vacation
We had 5 adults an 6 kids. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! The pool floor was nice didn't cut the kidd feet. We all loved the water park and pool. The only issue we had was a raccoon that keep getting into our trash. Had a blast!! Thank you! PS kids loved the customs my grandson slept in one every night.

Awesome house
So hard to find a house for 11 people to stay in. This was a great experience. The complex was wonderful the house is beautiful. The bedrooms were great for the little kids and the other rooms were great for the adults. And did I mention the game room and the pool, we had an absolute blast. If we ever visit Orlando again, would definitely rent this property again located to everything 15 to 20 minutes from Disney even with traffic it was easy to get to everything including airports.

This property is in the most amazing location! Within 15 minutes we were at each of the Disney parks. It was also within 5 minutes of Walmart. All the themed rooms were awesome and the kids loved the game room. I will say the house has to be kept at 72 degrees and that’s a little warm for our liking. Overall we had a great stay.

Great stay, just ran out of time and energy
This was a wonderful respite after 3 days at Disney and 1 day at Universal. The kids would say, let's just go back to house and swim. We had 3 little girls, 5, 6, 7 and the dress up gowns (over 10) were a treat. I took one for the 7-year-old because I was concerned, they wouldn't have a big one. But they did! All the kids loved the game room! We would stay here again definitely.

Great for whole family!
We spent 9 days at this house in March 2023. Community is nice and quiet, resort amenities were great for the whole family. We utilized the heated pool for most of the day as it had full sun. Patio was shaded all afternoon which was important tobuse. Lots of space in the home, number of washrooms and lots of things geared towards kids of all ages - toys, bowls/spoons, high chairs, crib, playpen, double stroller, Netflix, puddle jumpers, small picnic table, etc. I would highly recommend them installing a railing on the pool steps for everyone's safety. It may be nice to have a walk-in shower on the first floor for people with mobility issues. Garbage process was a little confusing if you have more than one bag. We didn't know about the compactor by the park until our last day. Overall all, very happy!

Wonderful getaway!
The house was amazing with extremely comfortable beds and tons of extras! Super clean and well stocked with so much for the kids to do we stayed mostly at the house enjoying the beautiful pool and playgrounds in the gated community. This was one of our favorite vacation homes to date!

Very spacious and accommodating. Had everything we needed with excellent facilities for kids and the pool was amazing. Plenty of places to sit and to eat at. Lovely big fridge, freezer and pantry. Location was amazing being between a huge Walmart and Publix and just off the 192 with all its restaurants. Great to be on a gated community which is immaculate and so clean. Several playgrounds around for the children. The villa is slightly dated and could do with being upgraded, i.e. stools were a little rickety and sealant around showers and sinks were a little mouldy, hob was cracked. Outside bin would not lock so racoons ransacked the rubbish if you put it out the night before. The cleaning could have been better - downstairs bathroom was not cleaned on arrival. There seemed to be some sharp tiles in the hot tub that the kids cut their feet on. However, overall the place was amazing and I would recommend to anyone and if we come back to Orlando, I would not hesitate to rebook here. Communication with the owner was excellent and came back to us quickly if we had any questions.

Thank you for your review. We strive to make our guest experiences magical. We wish you would have let us know of your issues so they could have been addressed. We will relay the cleaning issue to our management company. The pool was resurfaced 4 months ago and we are surprised to hear that with the tile as they are rounded Mickey tiles. I’ll have the company that did the resurface back out to check on it. We hope to have you back and hope you created some magical memories.

Best family vacation experience at vrbo house rental Windsor Hills, Florida
The grandkids were screaming with excitement as they ran through the house checking out the Cinderella room, pirate room, super heros room and the incredible games room. This was a destination in itself. The kids age 6,10,and 13. had a ball. The listing is very accurate and almost too good to be true. We should have allowed an extra day to just stay at the house. The only thing I would suggest is new mattresses and the springs in the couch are shot. I would recommend this to anyone who iare bringing a family to disney.

Wonderful Place!
We had a wonderful stay here for our first to Disney world trip. The kids absolutely loved the themed rooms and the game room. The resort pool was awesome as well as all of the activities that were available. The kids truly enjoyed having the heated pool and hot tub to soak our feet in after a long day at Disney World. I was initially worried about the traffic getting to Disney World every day, but it was not bad at all…around 15 minutes tops. The nice double stroller was such a great bonus for our family to use! Thank you!!!

Excellent House, Location, and Owner
This beautifully huge house accomodated me and 10 other people very nicely. The house has excellent ammenities and was very clean. The property owner was very responsive with any questions we had. You get a great sense of security in this gated community. The outdoor area was amazing and also came with a higher end grill to use. This house is located just 2 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores and about as close to Disney as you can get without staying on the resort.

Our Best Week Ever!
This beautiful home was just as advertised....very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, pool towels and game room toys. Nice, working flat screen TVs in every room, ALL THE REMOTES HAD BATTERIES AND WORKED! We have deaf family members and had an issue with getting caption on the TVs, which was resolved right away including a 3 way phone call with the property owner and a tech from the cable company! We will definitely want to stay in this beautiful home again!

Magical!
We brought our kids and grandkids here and had an amazing time! 6 kids ages 3 to 13 were never bored, tons of things to play with and enjoy. The pool and hot tub was awesome to relax in after exhausting ourselves at the parks. The grill was new and easy to fire up. My only non 5 star issue was the 2nd upstairs master bed. The mattress was really worn out...my side felt like I was at the bottom of a hole and I just couldn't sleep on it. The pirate room was empty (the 13 year old took the downstairs mbr) so I crawled in that twin bed and slept like a baby. That room stayed much cooler too, so I had wonderful rest once I took it over. It was a great experience, just 10 minutes from the parks (traffic permitting) and close to anything you need. I will say the WalMart down the street is the busiest I've ever seen. Get there early am for your best chance to get in and out quickly.

Amazing property!
We have stayed at so many places over the years and this by far has been the best and nicest and most fun! My kids LOVED the game room, I loved the spacious bedrooms, the safety of the whole resort was amazing, the water park, community pool/game rooms and private pool were so fun and exciting. A pool stick got broken on accident and we reported it immediately and they just said “no worries, accidents happen!” Our entire stay was the best week of our life.

Our first time to the Disney area and our trip could have not gone better. The house is very nice with a great outdoor area to swim, eat and hang out. The location is great, close enough to the parks you are able to come home during the day for breaks which was a huge help with our young family. Would definitely stay here again.
