Absolutely Amazing!
We had a fantastic trip to Windsor Hills and enjoyed our stay at Melissa and Anne's beautiful home. The house was very clean with the most plush carpets throughout. There was plenty of room for our three generations of family members. The owners were fantastic with communication. The community has a great clubhouse with very reasonably priced food and they also allow you to take in your own snacks and drinks. There is a big pool, hottub and fun waterslides for all ages. There was a great putting green which our teenagers enjoyed often. We would definitely stay here again or at any of Melissa and Anne's homes.

Great stay!
Everything about the house was fabulous! Adults and kids spent a ton of time in the large pool and spa. The rooms and beds were well sized and very comfortable. The theatre room was great for watching movies, playing video games and watching sports! We would return to one of Melissa & Anne’s properties in a heartbeat!

Perfect Family Getaway
We had a great experience at this house. The kids loved the pool and the theater room. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was excellent. And it is close to the clubhouse. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed every day!
Wonderful stay! Our family used the pool/spa everyday at 87 degrees (as promised per contract) how could you not! Even the neighborhood water park was warm, very nice. We enjoyed the movie room many nights and the kids loved loved the x-box! We all got our daily pickle ball in and walks to the park for the little one. This stay was a solid 10*. Loved it, Iowa

Disney Getaway
This property is close to the Disney parks, and is the perfect getaway after a long day! It’s a little oasis in a quiet neighborhood with access to plenty of grocery stores and shopping. We had 8 people staying in our party including kids, and everyone fit comfortably with plenty of room to spare. The theater room was such a plus and everyone loved it, and the pool and hot tub were saviors after being on our feet all day walking around the Disney parks. I wish we could have stayed longer, and I would love to stay in this place again whenever we come back to Orlando.

Excellent place close to everything!
Very safe property in a gated community. Our family thoroughly enjoyed it. We spent a lot of time out to Disney which is just minutes away. We also loved our time having family movie night in the theatre in the house. Great pool for a swim and hot tub to soothe the aching muscles after walking in Disney for 9 hours at a time.. Would definitely go back and stay there again.

Great family vacation spot
We had a great stay. Our family loved the pool/spa after long days at Disney. We had a lot of fun watching movies in the theatre room. Wish the listed grill was actually on-sight and not at the local park. Other than that no complaint's. This is our 2nd time to Windsor Hills and we are already planning our next trip.

Great stay!
Home is well taken care of and has all the amenities our family loved. The home theater was a big hit that we used almost every night after days at the parks or out in the sun at the pool. All interactions w the management team was very prompt. We did have a fire alarm that needed a new battery. I contacted them and they had someone there within 2 hrs! Definitely will stay here again when we visit!

Our family has stayed at many of the available homes in the area. We booked this property for a quick five-day stay. Upon arriving, it was immediately evident that this was one of the nicest in which we've stayed at in the area. From the quality of the furniture to the softness of the carpet, to the impressive home theater, it feela like it was recently renovated (in July 2023).

This home was wonderful for our family’s needs. It is clean, spacious, and easy to support three adult couples and four small children without feeling in each others’ spaces. The theatre room and pool area were just icing on the cake! The location was perfect; quiet community yet just minutes from Disney. Would definitely stay again!

This community was safe and quiet and immaculate. We were super close to Disney parks each day. The only thing we wish is that we would’ve scheduled an extra day to just be at home and enjoy the pool more. We appreciated the child safety alarm on the pool. It kept me relaxed and not worried about my 3 year old going out the door. We cooked breakfast at home in the mornings and there were plenty of dishes to make a meal. The home was very very clean. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this was by far the cleanest one. Melissa and Anne answered any questions I had immediately. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Mostly a Good Stay
There are definitely some wins for this home but first here are some cons. The thermostat on the home is locked and set to cool no more than 75 degrees. This is in the contract as well. The reality once we were there is that 75 degrees did not cool the home enough. The ceilings are too high to keep the home at 75. Also, keep in mind we were there at the end of November and the highest the weather got was 84 and we were uncomfortable. The plastic mattress protectors made for a sweaty sleep as well. The house rules also require that you put every dish back to where it belonged. I did not like this rule as this meant any departing guests were putting back dishes and it felt unsanitary. Would much rather a cleaning company did that who I would hope was more accustomed insuring hands were clean before putting up dishes. I also would not describe the home as kid friendly. The home is accessorized with breakable figurines/decor and its very beautiful, but glass lamps, vases, frames, ceramic figurines are all a hazard for kids. You also are not allowed to move them and if you do they have to be moved back to their exact spot or you may be fined a inconvenience fee for the host having to move them back into place. Do yourself a favor and buy the extra insurance if you have toddlers or young kids because the home has a lot of figurines, glass vases, glass lamps, and other items that can be easily broken. You also need to strip the bedsheets off the bed and start washing towels when you depart as well. I have never had so many house rules and have rented plenty of vacation homes. They do tell you ahead in the contract but not the listing. Now for some wins. A definite win for this stay are that the hosts/property managers were very quick with responses. They were helpful with questions and recommendations. One hundred percent pleased with this. The home was mostly clean (ants, water bugs inside home, sticky floors - too much cleaning solution when mopping is my guess) and is furnished nicely. The sofa and large dining table and large kitchen was very comfortable. The heated pool worked like a charm. The dual washers/dryers were so convenient that now I want two in my home. We had a mostly nice stay but would not book this home again.

Awesome Stay
The Owners were a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive. Entry and exit were easy and seamless. The property is newly remodeled, very clean and nicely outfitted. The pool was a nice size and at least 6 ft deep at one end so it provided a nice range of activity for adults and kids of varying height. Theater’s sound quality was amazing. This house had all that we needed and more! I’d definitely return!

Wonderful Stay
This home is absolutely everything. It was very clean and kept up. The owners are very respectful and communicated well. We were running a little late at check out to make sure everything was in order as we left and I actually met the owner who was very understanding. If I could give this place 5 extra stars I would. My kids loved it although they didn’t get to enjoy much of the house because of our tight schedule to go to Disney Parks. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!!!

Fantastic! The home theater was almost better than the parks!
The theater was amazing, almost amazing enough to make up for the new “Genie+” experience at Disney… almost. If you’re looking for a fabulous house that’s clean, updated, decorated stylishly, and has an attentive host, then this is it. My family and I were just as happy there as we were at Disney, there is more than enough room in the common areas to congregate and with an Xbox in almost every room for the kids and lounge theater style seating in the theater what is not to love?! I hope this review helps make your decision a little bit easier!

Guys golf trip
The house is great for 4 guys on a golf trip. It was clean and well appointed. The media room is AWESOME! Pool and jacuzzi worked perfectly. The owners were incredibly responsive to requests during the trip. It was the coldest week Orlando has seen in a while and Melissa helped us adjust the thermostats to make us comfortable and warm. By the way, that was at 8PM on a Saturday night. Loved the stay.

Excellent house and terrific location
We stayed here with our 6 teen/young adult kids and had a terrific time. You cannot beat the location if going to Walt Disney World. The house was clean and exactly as pictured on VRBO. The kids loved the media room! It was also very convenient having 2 washers/dryers. Each bathroom came with small sample size shampoo and conditioners which was a thoughtful touch. We only had 2 complaints: The sheets seemed pretty old and wouldn’t stay on the master bed. And the air was locked where it wouldn’t go colder than 73 degrees. Most rooms had ceiling fans and box fans so we were good. We were there in December….I’m not sure how it would have felt in July. We did not contact the owners about either issue because our complaints weren’t a big deal. Leading up to the trip the owners were excellent about answering questions and providing any information needed. We have stayed in the neighborhood 4 previous times and this is our favorite home!

The home suited our family of 7 perfectly. The media room is outstanding, the bedroom configuration is perfect for teens and adult children, and the home decore was very tasteful. We did experience a few blips, but the property owners were quick to respond and resolve the problems.

Wonderful Family Getaway!
We went down to Orlando for the Cheer Summit being hosted at the ESPN wide world of sports venue to cheer our oldest daughters team on as they competed may 15th. Our 6 year old picked this house out because of the theater room and the mandalorian themed bedroom! I am so glad we gave in! 😄 it was in a great location, the staff was all so friendly, and i could on and on about the house! The beds were amazing, the pool and hot tub perfect temperature the whole time (pay extra for the heat, it’s worth it!) we had more than we needed in the kitchen, and the only things we needed to grab was some paper towels, food and drinks obviously, garbage bags and more toilet paper haha. The decor was beautiful, such a great and functional house, big enough to get away, but just the right size to sit and watch a movie, or eat dinner together! We swam every morning and night, and it was cool they took our trash every morning. The neighbors were remolding and had workers and trash all over their yard early in the morning, banging into the night, but the hosts can’t control that or the cheerleaders across the way from us staying up til 3am in the pool just screaming! I would take that all again to not stay anywhere else though!!! The water park was a little disappointing, but we were so busy it was ok there wasn’t a lot to do there (the arcade and pool tables were fun!) my husband used the gym and said it was small but way better than a hotels. I would stay here again and again! Melissa responded right back to a minor issue, and it was taken care of right away. Amazing hosts, wonderfully decorated and clean home. We felt very safe in the community and I will stay again when I come down!! My family says thank you both for offering your home to us! It is 100 times easier and more enjoyable than any hotel; no matter how much room you have in a hotel , your still eating on the bed 😂 again thank you and anyone reading this wondering if they should stay here...yes!

Weekend Disney Trip for Teen
This resort was recommended by a good friend for its convenience to AK and retail as well as amenities and upkeep. We booked about a month and a half in advance of our trip so we weren’t sure if we were more limited in choices but we’re not disappointed in this rental. The house was so clean with everything we needed. The home theater was a big hit for the entire family. The owners made sure we had everything we needed prior to arrival and once on-site. Very responsive and organized. We would definitely recommend this home to others and return in the future. Thank you for a great weekend getaway.

This is our third stay in Windsor Hills and by far the BEST property! The kids loved their rooms and the theater room made for some great family time to wind down after a busy day. The owners are very responsive and friendly.
