My family and I didn’t like it and asked for a refund that night but there was no one around for us to cancel the reservation. The room phone didn’t work so I went to the front and no one was available. Also, it took almost 45 minutes for us to check in because the property didn’t have any keys and the individuals weren’t answering the front desk workers calls. As for our room, there were a couple of roaches; the lock hinge on the door was broken; the phone was plugged in but did not work and we were just left to make the most of it because it was super late when we got in town. I called customer service to help fix the situation and was brushed off until the morning and then denied my request because it was the morning (although I requested to cancel and be placed somewhere else around 11pm the night before once I noticed all of the issues).

The good: property was decently clean, staff was friendly and expeditious, the location is convenient, the beds were relatively comfortable, and the fridge and microwave were useful. The not so good: our tv didn’t work, and even if it did, we were told there were only 2 channels. There is no power outlet near the desk, so impossible to work with a laptop plugged in. There is no lamp at/near the desk. The outlet near the bed/luggage rack is connected to the wall light, so you can only use the outlet (we had a fan sitting on the luggage rack) with the light on. The shower room light didn’t work, so had to shower with door open and sink light on. The tub didn’t drain, so by the end of the shower, you’re standing in ankle-deep dirty water. Our sink had something that looked like bits of boiled egg in it. We called the office about the TV (how we found out about the 2 channels). We chose not to call the office again because most of our issues weren’t discovered until after we’d showered. We were too tired to change rooms at that point, and considering the parking lot capacity, it’s possible there weren’t any other rooms available anyway. This is our second time here and second time having issues with our room. Unless there’s no availability elsewhere, we’ll avoid this location.

Excellent location went to visit my daughter at UCF, but the hotel is extremely run down, bathroom tub was old and unkept which makes it look dirty, exposed pipes, bring your own toilet paper the hotels one is the cheapest, the floor in the room is falling apart, all around no bueno

I saw a few good reviews about this place being recently remodeled and that it’s very clean and a very friendly staff at a low price. What they don’t tell you is that your nonsmoking room reeks of 20 years plus of cigarette smoke from the minute you walk into the room, even the curtains had what looked like round holes burned through them the size of a cigarette - smh. Don’t stay in room 121. It’s by where the cleaning people. They go in and out of the corridor next to this room to get their cart and supplies. They also wash things in that supply room and I could loudly hear the washing machine spin cycle inside my room. They also are pushing around carts outside the room talking loudly on the phone the entire time or constantly yelling at one another. I guess they think it’s ok to yell since it is outside but right in front of my room door and window. I wish I understood Spanish so I’d at least know what all the drama was about. This room is also directly across from the pool. There were a lot of people just standing around outside the pool and in the parking lot or outside their room on phones and smoking. I think they all had tats and possibly recently released from prison. This would make sense because this is the cheapest motel in the area. Don’t get me started on the so called remodeling. Where I’m from, we call it lipstick on a pig and that lipstick came with some of the shoddiest workmanship I’ve seen. I could go on and on but will leave it here. Staff is very nice!

This place is disgustingly filthy. They offered another room which had no sheets on the beds; no towels. The 3rd room had pink and black bacteria in the tub. We elected to go somewhere else.

Hello Catherine, I would like to start off by apologizing for see if you to an Out of Order room. The system should not have given that room as an option. The hotel is upgrading some rooms and it appears that you were sent to one of the rooms accidentally. Even though we are 90% done with remodeling, we strive to have our rooms clean. We have received many reviews about our clean rooms. Again I apologize for the error of sending you to an room out of commission. I will contact our support desk to rectify this issue. I do hope you will keep us in mind during your next trip to the UCF Area.

Average room, can use updates. Remodeled ? Nah, just a lobby facelift but nothing has been updated in the room. My room was clean, is reasonably spacious and just okay. ( Limited breakfast) pool was closed. Attention to the light sleepers - you need ear plugs because you can hear the street noises and cars inside your room while sleeping.

The room is not renovated like in the photos. We took the suite for that reason, but don't waste your money, it's nothing more than extra flooring. Everything is ruined, mirror broken, the bathroom door doesn't close, the handle is so disgusting that we had to put a towel on it to touch it, the sink only gives hot water, we had ants, in short, a place to forget. The positive note is the very courteous staff and the beds which are very comfortable.

The area looked shady. The cable was not working. There were roaches in the room. When we call the front desk about the cable not working," their respond was I'll tell the guy" Not sure what that meant, but no cable. When we told the front desk about the roaches, "they did not say anything or did anything about. The worse place I ever stay in.

There were bugs everywhere. Looked at 4 different rooms and all had small cockroaches on the floor in each room we checked. Wanted to find new hotel but already paid on Expedia and it was late. Slept and left. Bathrooms not in good shape and just disappointing and I wish we'd paid the extra $ for a better hotel.
