Geef een hoge waardering omdat je het tov de prijs moet zetten die je betaald. Schoon, simpel, continentaal eenvoudig ontbijt, ligging tov universal. Is geen hotel om je dagen te vermaken maar slapen, douchen en op pad.

You pay what you get, No luxury, but then its cheap and close to the parks. Also the free bus ride to the parks is perfect Beds are good and room is clean enough. Some parts need upgrades. We had problems with the sink and save and the door not closing But overall, satisfied

The Ramada hotel is always a nice property to stay . Good rooms and dedicated services . There are some fun store and food options in the area and it’s relatively close to the Universal parks if you like that . Breakfast was included in the hotel which already made this a bonus for me .

Pésimo hotel. El personal de recepción poco amable a excepto de una Sra. Bertha que fue la única cordial y atenta. Limpieza cada 3 días es pésimo, habría que pedirle que nos saquen la basura y nos provean de útiles de limpieza. El desayuno sin variedad, básico y pésimo para ser un hotel de una cadena internacional de nombre. Feeling safe and secure . Your room key is the only way to get in the lobby and on the elevator to your room . I had the Lakeview which was amazing. However my card was charged several times and I'm still waiting for my second refund. The breakfast options needs to be upgraded . NO BACON !!!! I WAS DISAPPOINTED THERE WAS NO BACON.

It was old and outdated. Also the staff wasn’t the friendliest and for breakfast, they had hardly anything to eat. For water, they put out an employee type tug. Which was empty. I informed this to the staff, they responded with, go to the front desk because we can’t help here in the breakfast area

I was placed in a room that was not clean and was not what i paid for. Then i was moved to a supposedly suite that was a little better, however the tub drain was clogged and the sink was clogged. The room had a sink, a fridge and burner the burner is just for sppearance i think which i dont understand why, what is the purpose of having two burners when you can't use it, there were no pots, dishes, utensils, an empty kichen wanna be. No housekeeping service, i guess i wasn' n paying enough i expected were no pots or
