Hotel location at good location. Convenience stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff are helpful and kind. Love that they have free cultural events and free ramen every night. Only downside is rooms are really small and it is difficult to open up more than one suitcase at a time if you have multiple luggage.

Location is perfect for what we were looking for. It's at the end of tail of the Amerika-mura neighborhood, so it was busy but not busy like the Dotonburi area. It was close to the red line (midosuji) so getting to major areas was super accessible and a 12 min walk to the iconic glico man.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It’s in a great neighbourhood and within 15 minutes you have an abundance of shops, restaurants, markets, etc. it was easy access to the trains and was walkable. It was clean, the staff were lovely with little language barrier to English. They have massage chairs, free alcohol in the evening, as well as free ramen, and free icecream in the evening. Plus- unlimited pop, juice, and coffee anytime. It was great! I’ve already recommended this hotel.

隔音很差, 早上會被其他人的說話聲音嘈醒(每一天都是這樣醒來),包括員工的溝通或聊天, 電梯很慢,住2樓也試過等10分鐘才有,很想直接走樓梯下樓但問題是並沒有開放樓梯給住客,廁所跟浴室不是乾濕分離, 進去很像飛機的廁所, 而且廁所樓底很矮,我181身高站在浴缸洗澡不能站直身子比較辛苦, 結論:資金預算不多的可以考慮,因跟地鐵站比較近,但如果資金較充裕,強烈建議選擇其他更好的酒店。

地點方便,隔離就係便利店 另外酒店係指定時間內有免費酒水,雪糕,拉麵等提供,而且仲有很多不同用品可以免費借用,如鬈髮器,加濕器等等。 大堂仲有免費按摩椅可以坐。 已經多次入住,下次再來大阪也會再入住。

Although the rooms are very small, this is a very pleasant hotel. It is within a 10 minute walk to the Shinsaibashisuji shopping street, 15 minutes to the Dotonbori canal area and 18 minutes to the Kuroman market. There are great restaurants and shopping everywhere! The front desk staff are polite and understanding and speak English, which is a plus. The portable internet hotspots provided free to rent were a lifesaver for google maps and mastering the public transit. My only negative was the breakfast, which was just mediocre in a city of outstanding food. Luckily, there are several excellent coffee shops nearby, and 24 hour ramen in Dotonbori. I would definitely stay here again.

Our hotel is located within a 5-minute walk of Shinsaibashi Station and is in the center of the city, so that is easy to access Namba and Umeda.
