'For what we paid for the room, this was a disappointing experience. No pool, no breakfast (not even a granola bar or fruit), noisy construction, loud people in the hallways. We didn't know there was no pool or restaurant until we arrived. The staff was not apologetic about the construction or lack of amenities. Instead, they implied it was my fault that I didn't know because I used Expedia. '
