This hotel and spa were fantastic. The staff is very friendly. We had dinner upstairs on the roof top deck. The food was amazing. Simple and so tasty. I had a facial and a massage. Probably the best I have had in a very long time Location is terrific. Just steps away from the city center.

In walking distance of the main sights and plenty of dining options. We were travelling off season so practically had the hotel to ourselves but that didn’t stop them stocking a lovely breakfast buffet in the morning. Rooms very clean and front desk staff very helpful. Parking easy in their own secure lot.

This is at least our fifth visit to the hotel. It is functional but basic. Minimal products supplied in the room. The staff members are friendly and welcoming and show recognition. The breakfast is lacking in fresh produce. L’Attico restaurant is good

This property was conveniently located to the historic center of Ostuni. They had parking available very close by. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast has a large assortment and everything was fresh and delicious. The room is a nice size and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a nice hotel. Very helpful staff, nice rooms and only a ten minute walk to the heart of the old town. Very good restaurant within the hotel and superb breakfast every morning. Overall, a very good choice.

The property offers different pictures than the reality. The room was located in a kind of extension of the hotel, it was under average (price/experience) I don’t recommend this place. The restaurante was ok (good food/wine).

The staff could not be nicer, The room had an issue when I arrived (smoke from previous occupants)and they sorted the problem immediately with an upgrade. The value is very good as the location is excellent. It is outside the old town but that surprisingly is lovely as the old town was so busy. The only negative is the food. Breakfast has a huge choice but quality poor. Under ripe fruit, orange juice from concentrate, it would be better to reduce options but serve better quality food. Dining hall uncomfortably hot, No air conditioning except one standing fan in a very large room.

Emplacement idéal
Personnel accueillant et agréable. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter la ville d’Ostuni qui est absolument magnifique (environ 1 km de marche). Chambre côté route bruyante mais tout de même confortable. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Je recommande pour court séjour.

Ok hotel med god kvalitet men utan personlig touch och charm. Rent, bekvämt. Saknar en del detaljer som brukar finnas på 4* hotell. Bra restaurang på egen våning. Frukostmatsalen tråkig och steril med opersonlig service och utan tillgång till varm mat, som omelett, bacon etc. Men det som fanns var av god kvalitet. Vi återkommer nog inte.

Hotel was just outside Centro storico (maybe a 10-15 min walk) so it was super convenient. Staff were great and the room was a typical modern, business hotel room which suited me just fine. Parking was offsite but very easy to get to and had tons of space

Les prestations offertes ne justifient pas le prix des chambres. Nous avons passé deux nuits à l'hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et propre mais donne sur une rue fréquentée et donc assez bruyante. L'accès au wifi était de qualité inégale et je n'avais aucun service téléphonique sur mon portable. A cause des précautions anti Covid le buffet du petit déjeuner n'était pas directement accessible et il fallait s'adresser à deux employées pour être servis. Il y avait un peu d'attente d'autant que les boissons étaient servis par une personne différente. Le personnel est professionnel mais pas particulièrement attentionné. Points positifs: le parking sur place et la possibilité d'aller dans le centre d'Ostuni à pied.
