Mooie schone ruime kamers met mooi uitzicht. Niet middenin het feestgedruis. Je bent wel een auto nodig mede gezien de hoogteverschillen. Alles netjes, schoon, goede service en prima ontbijt !

Het was een prettig verblijf, hotel netjes en goed verzorgt, kamer was prima in orde, mooi uitzicht. Echt genieten zoals we het ons hadden voorgesteld. Er is geen ontbijtzaal in hotel, maar ontbijt wordt op bestelling op de kamer afgeleverd. Al met al een aanrader.

Een fijn apartement, zeer behulpzaam personeel. De ligging is in het meer rustige gedeelte van Sint Maarten. De bereikbaarheid is een minpunt. Een auto huren is een must. Al met al een hele ruime voldoende!

Ruime kamer met tv. Mooie keuken met vaatwasser, oven, magnetron en grote koelkast (geeft ook ijsklontjes). Slaapkamer met groot en dik bed en tv. Badkamer met twee wastafels, toilet en bad met bubbels. Ruim balkon, met vrij uitzicht over de oceaan. De gehele ruimte is voorzien van airco en twee waaiers. Parkeren vlakbij. Ook toegangkelijk voor mindervalide mensen. Tweede gebouw voorzien van lift. S'avonds loopt er bewaking rond. Overdag een goeie front office, waar je met je vragen terecht kunt. Heb je een rustdag, dan is er een zwembad bij, met ligstoelen en parasols.

Prima, rustig een fraai gelegen condo hotel. Goede stranden en legio watersport faciliteiten nabij. Voldoende goede restaurants en supermarkten in de omgeving. Beschikking over een auto is wel een vereiste, voldoende parkeer gelegenheid op eigen terrein. Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer, badkamer en voldoende ingerichte keuken worden brandschoon onderhouden, dagelijkse wissel van handdoeken en strandlakens. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf eigen balkon over Dawn Beach en zee. Draadloos internet. Geen geluidsoverlast. Indien gewenst informatie over omgeving en recreatie mogelijkheden.

Schitteren appartement met alles erop en eraan!
Wij hadden een 2-kamer appartement gekozen vanwege de ruimte. Het was hartstikke ruim. Bed was comfortabel en ruim. Woonkamer met bank en flatscreen. Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien en een gezellige bar om aan te eten. We zaten op de hoogste etage en het uitzicht over zee was schitterend. Al met al een hotel om aan te bevelen!

The property was very spacious, clean and the overall stay comfortable. The help desk girls were assisting and providing information about the dinning options in the area and excursion around the island and to the neighbouring ones. The views from our veranda were of the most beautiful ones as we drove around the island visiting g different spots daily. However the driving in and out the facility is challenging and you must have a car even to go to the closest beach if you stay here. BZH creperie was the best one to dine. The food the service the ambiance so worth it. And so reasonably priced. We had a fantastic time, however there were places if we knew closer to the sea and to the night life . Simpson Bay or Maho village would the best spots to stay on island.

I choose this hotel for the view and the pool which are very nice. I did not rent a car and I discovered the area is not very walkable due to the very hilly terrain. I walked to a few restaurants to eat as there was not restaurant on the premises. I found it challenging to get to these restaurants. So you need a car if you stay here.

From check-in through check-out our stay here was fantastic. It is very conveniently located where it is close enough to everything but not too touristy or busy. The people in this area, and whole island, are very friendly and inviting. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The balconies all had great views. The pool was easily accessible, large, and clean. Great for a splash after the sun goes down. The breakfast served at the property consists of pastries, yogurt, juice and coffee. It was very nice. Dawn beach is okay compared to the Gulf of Mexico but not the best beach I’ve been to. Just okay for the carribean and works well for an easier trip out. I found that didn’t matter as we wanted to venture out and explore other beaches and islands anyways. The restaurants that were just a couple minutes away were amazing. We went to Mamas Pizza twice and wished we had it back home. The staff there are friendly and the restaurant is clean. We were able to get to the ferry in Margot to go to Anguilla in about 30 minutes and the ferry to St Barts in Philipsburg is only 15 minutes away. Pinel island ferry is about 10 minutes. On the property, we saw dozens of iguanas and two monkeys ( I heard the monkeys all escaped from the zoo during hurricane Irma). Either way, it was entertaining for the family. I could easily say more great things about this property and it’s great location. I usually never repeat trips but I can see myself back doing this again next year.

Loved everything about the Princess Heights hotel. The roads surrounding the hotel are in very poor condition. That is not the fault of this wonderful place to stay. Get an all terrain vehicle you will need it

We had an absolutely amazing trip to St. Martin / St. Maarten. From our arrival at the Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo Hotel we were treated like family. The check in process was very smooth as well as check out. The staff provided wonderful advice on dining and attractions to visit. The amenities at the hotel including the gym and pool were great as well. We enjoyed our breakfast and I want to thank the staff for being accommodating to my Gluten intolerance. Any question we had was answered promptly in a respectful and friendly manner. We will definitely be back ourselves and will be recommending Princess Heights to our friends and family. Thank you again for such a wonderful vacation.

It is very misleading. I notified them that I was disabled. I was unable to use the pool due to the fact that there are many stairs the rooms have jetted tubs, which is definitely not sufficient for a person disabled. They had no bathmats. Therefore, one day I fell in the bathtub, so we went to the office to ask for a bathmat, the manager had texted me almost 2 weeks ahead of time to ask me if there’s anything that I would need and I notified her that I was disabled. She should’ve let me know at that time that it was really not handicap accessible facility. I was very limited as to what I could do , I would definitely not stay at this property again and I would not recommend it to anyone that has a disability. I’ve been to Saint Martin before and I’ve never had a problem. There are no handicap bars in the bathroom. The staff was very nice but that does not make up for the fact that it was not a handicap accessible facility whatsoever .

This hotel was amazing! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. We were greeted by welcoming staff and with a welcome drink! Our room had stunning views of the ocean. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The refrigerator had beer and soda. Breakfast was delicious and included coffee, juice, yogurt and croissants. The staff were very accommodating, gave great recommendations and made our stay wonderful. The pool is huge, the photos do not do it justice. We had so much fun using the slide and diving board. There are several fantastic restaurants that we walked to every day. Overall it was a perfect vacation. Highly recommend Princess Heights!

The property was good but the wifi was poor. Very slow and couldn't get a connection to family and friends back in the USA.

I really enjoyed my stay at Princess Heights. The only issue was the WiFi was not that strong so posting video and pics on social media was none existent. Other than that everything was perfect! Will be booking with them again!

I loved the room and kitchenette area. The view was beautiful. We used the pool area once but it was inviting and clean. They only drawback which can not be helped by the property is the construction happening at the Marriott across the street. The property was great and I highly recommend it.

The check-in staff are the most accommodating & nicest people and the resort is very clean & charming. Our flight was late. They waited til we arrived and checked-us in, made dinner reservations for, scheduled breakfast delivered to our room (in the morning). Maxime went above & beyond. We love it here at Princess Heights and highly recommend it.
