'It was very quiet and beautiful setting. Easy to find but last stretch was a gravel road but ok I am 85 and didn’t feel safe to take a shower. No handle bars. And friend with me had trouble turning the shower on. I did like the window unit in the bedrooms. Kept really cool on that hot night. Bed was very comfortable. '

'It was a great place- the only issues with the A/C and the host managed it. It would have been nice for the air to have been set before we came, so then we wouldn't have had to work the AC so hard to get the house cooled from 85. That in turn caused the unit to freeze up, but again they were working on it. The home was terrific, so well-appointed, and I would stay again despite the air issues. '

'This is such a cute little place to escape the city. The home is nestled out in the country, amongst cows and trees. We stayed here for a weekend while visiting the Round Top winter antique show. The residence is well stocked with most everything you might need. The host is quick to respond to communication. I had a minor issue during my stay (my fault, not theirs), and he was quick to the rescue. My dog enjoyed running around the property, and we were able to go on a lovely walk. I would...
