Expedia est très clair dans ses descriptions. Médiocre ! Une belle salle très propre ! Honnêtement, je trouve mesquin que vous n'écriviez que des choses méchantes ! C'est absurde, vous trouvez aussi écrit que nous sommes au centre. Nous sommes situés au centre ville, à 5 min de la place principale Quattro Canti, à 1 min du marché de rue VUCCIRIA, à 10 min du port, à 10 min de la gare centrale et partout autour vous pouvez vous promener à pied. Les voyageurs choisissent notre logement parce que nous sommes centraux. Oui, c'est bruyant comme dans tous les centres-villes, c'est animé, ça a l'ambiance de Palerme. Nous vous permettons de conserver votre sac après l'heure de départ sans frais supplémentaires, partout où vous devez payer pour ces services. Nous ne sommes pas obligés d’avoir des chambres donnant sur l’intérieur du bâtiment. Nous ne pouvons pas être responsables des gens qui font la fête jusqu'au matin. Si vous voyagez davantage, vous devriez avoir des bouchons d'oreilles ou ne pas choisir une auberge de jeunesse, choisissez un hôtel et dépensez un peu plus d'argent pour un meilleur service en échange. Alors pourquoi choisir une auberge si vous cherchez un hôtel ! Cela ne m'est pas compréhensible. Écrivez-vous une mauvaise critique avec ce genre d’attente ? Il est clair que dans un hôtel vous trouverez tout ce que vous avez décrit ! Service de conciergerie que nous n'avons pas !!! vous avez payé. Et visiblement ils n'existent pas et ne sont même pas mentionnés ! SI la chambre et ma structure ne vous plaisaient pas. Il suffisait de le dire avant l'enregistrement. Parce que comme vous l'avez décrit, c'était également médiocre lors de l'enregistrement ! Donc à part ça, vous avez eu le temps de souligner que la chambre et la la structure ne fonctionnait pas bien, ce n'est pas une obligation de dormir ici !

Sì, certamente.Però questo comporta costi della gestione elevatissimi.E non è la mia idea di creare un hotel .Abbiamo vetri camera ma non sufficienti,questo e vero .Via Roma e super trafficata .Pero questo mese arrivano finalmente vetri nuovi a 72 decibel.E il rumore non ci sara piu.La tua opinione conta .Grazie di averci scelto

Yea it's noisy as in all city centers, it's busy, it has it's vibe that is Palermo. We permitted to keep your bag after check out hours without any additional charge, everywhere else you had to pay for these services.We are not obligated to have rooms facing inside building. We cannot we responsible for people who are partying until the morning, if you travel more you should have earplugs or don't choose hostel to stay choose hotel and spend a bit more money for better service in exchange.Why are you trying to compare my structure to what a hotel has or doesn't have? So why choose hostel if you're looking for a hotel! It's not understandable to me. Write a negative review with this type of expectation? It's obvious that in a hotel I found everything you're mentioning. I'm sorry that an external cause has obscured every positive note.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous n'ayez pas pu dormir. Etant dans le centre historique à proximité de nombreux clubs, il est difficile d'assurer un silence absolu. Malheureusement nous ne pouvons répondre à aucun problème externe mais uniquement interne à l'hôtel. Nous sommes désolés qu'un cause a obscurci la valeur de notre travail interne.

Egregio cliente,Siamo ben accetti alle critiche dei clienti e veramente dispiaciuti che una causa esterna abbia oscurato ogni nota positiva e gradevole.Non possiamo sentirci colpevoli per la sua prenotazione errata!Perche come ha gia sottolineato?ha fatto la sceta sbagliata!La descrizione delle camere e chiarissima basta leggere con attenzione ! Trovandoci in pieno centro storico'vicino a molto locali,e difficile assicurare il silenzio assoluto.Non possiamo rispondere ed eventuale risolvere le problematiche esterne ma solamente interne.Via Roma e una arteria principale di Palermo.E non esistono vetri doppi che possono attutire del tutto il rumore.Comunque sono contenta che la vostra vacanza e stata salvata.Cordiali saluti
