Zeer goed hotel en personeel van receptie was zeer goed. Hartelijke ontvangst en hielpen ons met tips waar te gaan in Palermo. Zeer mooie kamer en alles was in orde. Aanrader voor Palermo te verkennen.

This property is beautiful and extremely clean. We loved having the 2 balconies & the kitchen. The staff is exceptional, responsive & helpful. They go above and beyond to help in any way possible. We absolutely loved the breakfast. The breakfast room was beautiful and the food was delicious. We hope to return sometime soon! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location and super nice staff. Perfectly situated right in the middle of the old town, close to all sites. Staff was very kind and serviceminded, helped with directions and bookings. They could consider having the breakfast room upon for aperitivos and wine in the evening.

This is a wonderful property with an excellent staff. We received an VIP upgrade which was not expected but welcomed. The location is perfect for shopping and tourism. And while we appreciated bring about to schedule our breakfasts the night prior it was disappointing that they made no mention of items not being available but still listed. On both mornings of our stay the omission was not acknowledged. Rather we had to inquire only to be told “final” which we had to further ask to learn it apparently wasn’t available!? Seemed odd but the offense was the lack of communication or apology. I’d have rather gone out for my own breakfast than to be disappointed each morning based on expectations that were set.

The property is a gem in the middle of Palermo and staff is excellent; cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient. Especially, the blond receptionist that work in the afternoon. All of the staff was excellent, including the bellman who was prompt to come to help us with luggage and parking. The breakfast was cozy, delicious and convenient. The property is nicely maintained and decorated as well as restored. The localization was perfect, walking distance to all major landmarks. I will return and recommend to everyone one that wants to improve their experience in Palermo.

The people were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent and it was an order ahead sit down meal, not the typical buffet of rubbery eggs. The room was gorgeous and very spacious as was the bathroom. Towel warmer and bidet inckuded.

I recommend this property without reservation. Take a shuttle from the airport because there is no parking --- but you won't need it anyway. The city is walkable and if ever needed (to go to Mondello Beach, for example) just get a Lyft or Uber. ...since there is no easy parking there either.

This is a fantastic hotel in every way: beautifully furnished and spacious (especially for a family of four), excellently located, and staffed by gracious, knowledgeable hosts. Marta was exceptionally helpful; her recommendations made our trip! And the breakfast was outstanding (the pistachio-filled croissants are not to be missed). Everything was of superior quality; we are very grateful and recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.

You won’t find nicer staff at any property worldwide. We were properly looked after from the minute we walked in the front door. We stayed in the building at the back in the mezzanine room and it was fab. The in-room breakfast service is a proper treat too. It is very safe around the hotel and although it’s off the busy main road, once inside….silence. If you are thinking of visiting…BOOK

Great stay at Palazzo Natoli, hotel is very well located, beautiful building, remodeled rooms, excellent breakfast, clean and I can go on and on. The Palazzo is located in a fantastic area, making it very easy to walk to many popular locations to see in Palermo. The staff was always very helpful and responsive. They answered my questions prior to arrival, helped with parking and updated me with changes on our room. Our room unfortunately had part of it require repairs but they told me promptly and offered a partial refund. The staff is very available and gave great recommendations marked on a map that they went over with you on arrival. Overall a great quick trip!
