'We stayed here for a few nights on the way home to Colorado from the coast. We were really happy with the casita and Steve was a great host. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. It’s a pleasant walk downtown. We plan to make this a regular stop from now on.'

'I booked this property for myself, my teenage son, 2 friends and their teenage children for a sports tournament nearby. The house was dirty with hair in the bathroom and mold on the walls and there was garbage scattered in the backyard. The neighborhood was noisy until close to midnight both nights of our stay, despite the noise ordinance and our call to the Property Contact. This property sleeps 6, not 9, as advertised. The teenagers slept on the floor on air mattresses we happened to bring....

'Great value for money. A clean, big room with great (a lot of) TV channels which was so convenient with a jetleg. Great amenities, good bed and good shower pressure. Also great location on the north side of downtown. I went to the restaurants on the main street on foot.'
