'Fully decorated with alk kind of services such as pool, coffee bar, Gym etc There were only ants in the bathroom although everything looked clean'

The flat is very clean, well appointed kitchen, super comfortable beds and couch, and in a nice neighborhood. Everything worked perfectly, I enjoyed the complimentary treats and water! 'This apartment is in a very convenient location and it served all of our needs, but there are a few things to note. First there are several noises that took some getting used to. There are neighborhood/complex noises (voices, cars and trucks from the parking beneath the unit, etc), but these are masked well by the white noise machines in each bedroom. Then there are noises that are inside the unit, the two main ones being the bathroom exhaust fan, which rattles significantly when it's first...

'We have problems with the security system Too cumbersome. Even the regular residents hate it. The apartment is beautiful and all apliances are new. Yet, there are just few kitchen utensils and no condiments except for salt and pepper. This is more like a nice hotel room than a typical VRBO property.'

'We stayed at this property due to the proximity to Stanford Hospital where a family member was being treated. This was so close not only to the hospital but to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future should the need arise.'

'This suite offers a comfy bed and a good shower in a safe community for a great price (if you have a 4+ day stay as the one time cleaning fee is always high at VRBO). The kitchen is stocked with the very basics, but probably best to go out and enjoy the phenomenal food offerings in Mountain View. Had a glitch with early check-in, but it was handled timely, kindly and professionally and everyone was super nice to interact with. Would totally stay again.'

'This is a good place for a budget focused stay. The furniture was uncomfortable and some items were broken. Ant infestation in the kitchen. Many light bulbs were burned out. Appears to be a leak under the kitchen sink. Many patches in the walls and a stain on the kitchen wall. The filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed.
