'Zwembad is een beetje smoezelig, kamer is mooi maar badkamer is 'vergeten' op te knappen.... Te weinig handdoeken en in tegenstelling tot wat er op expedia staat geen ontbijt tot 10 uur! Om 9:10 uur was alles weg en met geen mogelijkheid een broodje meer te krijgen. Personeel ronduit onbeschoft.'

'The Point Au Roche Lodge was everything that it promised and more. The rooms were beautiful and it was very appreciated that it was dog-friendly. 'The hotel is tastefully decorated, the staff is very accommodating and congenial, and the rooms are comfortable. The only negative is the lack of daily housekeeping; you have to ask the front desk to empty the trash, etc. We stayed for 1 week and it seems the rooms are only cleaned and refreshed when the room is vacated.'

'It was disappointing, I will never stay with them again! Room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted, bathroom had pupil hairs on toilet seat, floor and walls in bathroom were disgusting.
