Cher Monsieur, Un grand merci à vous pour cet agréable retour et cette excellente note. Nous sommes ravies de vous avoir presque entièrement satisfait au sein de notre hôtel parisien. Je suis surprise par votre remarque sur notre petit déjeuner. En effet, nous offrons un généreux petit déjeuner proposé sous forme de buffet. Vous y trouverez un assortiment de sucré salé, boissons chaudes et froides. Néanmoins, je m’excuse si certains produits n’étaient pas présentés, c’est très inhabituel. L'équipe fait toujours de son mieux pour en faire un moment de plaisir et de gourmandise, il ne faut pas hésiter à les solliciter en cas de besoin. Si vous avez l'occasion de revenir dans la Ville lumière, nous serons ravis de vous conseiller de nouvelles visites. Chère Laurence, Nous sommes désolés de voir que vous n'avez rien retenu de positif chez nous, malgré tous les efforts fournis pour vous satisfaire sur place. Le bâtiment dans lequel l'hôtel s'est implanté existe depuis longtemps maintenant. À cette époque, les pièces étaient très petites. Nous avons donc dû nous adapter à cette architecture. Nos chambres répondent aux standards des hôtels parisiens et respectent la classification française des hôtels 3*. Lors d'une prochaine réservation, n'hésitez pas à nous appeler aux préalables. C'est avec plaisir que nous vous guiderons dans le choix de votre chambre afin qu'elle corresponde mieux à vos besoins. Montmartre est un quartier très prisé par les touristes et les locaux. Il n'est pas mal fréquenté, mais si vous ne vous sentez pas en sécurité, sachez que l'hôtel possède un système de sécurité. Vous n'avez pas à vous en faire.
