We are yet very surprised to discover that you did not have a pleasant experience.You booked a Superior room, for your first night you were on a room on the 5th floor with a balcony & then asked to be changed for a larger room. Unfortunately, we only had availabilities on the 1st floor. September is a busy period in Paris, and we are often fully booked so last-minute change can be difficult to accommodate.
