Nice hotel, good location. If you have a car, you have a problem. There is no parking, and not really a possibility on the street. All spots are taken. There is parking near by which I advise to book in advance. We have a oversized car, which makes it near impossible in Paris to park, but we found INDIGO MARCHÉ SAINT-HONORÉ Public Car Park (Covered) where bigger vehicles can park as well. It is only 5 minute walk from the hotel and can be reserved in advance. On the booking it said that there would be a 2 person bed and a 1 person bed. The one person bed turned out to be a sofa bed. We choose this hotel specifically because it said bed.... That was a disapointment.

Very nice hotel. We especially enjoyed the location: very close to opera, place vendome, louvre, galleries lafayette, … and close to metro station opera which was very easy to use. Whether you want to see all tourist locations or want to go shopping, highly recommend the location. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast very calm and good variety. What we liked less: we were in the wheelchair accessible room on the second floor. The room was nice but there was no screen or anything to seperate the shower from the room, resulting in a slippery floor and entire bathroom flooded with water. We like how the hotel offers wheelchair accessible rooms though, but the amount of water on the floor is quite dangerous because of how slippery it gets. We struggled using the electronic toilet too, but maybe that’s just us!

スタッフはとても親切で笑顔で対応してくれて安心できました。部屋もきれいで洗面所が広く快適でした。寝室が少し狭いかと思いましたが、オペラ地区の便利さを考えれば我慢できる程度です。ベランダにテーブルと椅子がついていてそこで食事ができました。 1点、ウオシュレットが付いていたのですが故障なのか使えませんでした。故障していなくても使うかどうかわかりませんが、使えたら便利だと思いました。 空港からのロワシーバスの停留所から徒歩１０分もかからないのでとても便利です。 また利用したいと思いました。

４回目の宿泊で基本的には気に入っているホテルですが、今回は部屋のブレーカーが落ちたり、トイレのリモコン電池が切れていたり、ルームキーカードが３回も使えませんでした。　バスタブの部屋を希望していましたが、最初の２日間はシャワーのみの部屋になりました。スタッフにいろいろな対処をお願いしましたが、迅速な対応をして頂きました。ロケーションも便利です。

Great experience! Good location within walking distance to different popular spots. Good size room with very clean bathroom. Staffs are very attentived also assisted to make restaurants reservation.

Fantastic stay
We loved everything about our stay. We were kindy given an early check in so we coulddrop our bags. The roomas very big and comfortable with all the necessary ameneties. Every staff member we encountered was lovely and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. The best thing is certainly the location, Metro is aroubd the corner and a lot of sights are in walking distance. Would definetely stay here again.
