The staff here is extremely professional and the rooms were very clean. Transportation nearby is amazing. However I gave it 3 stars due to the small bathroom. The shower was just way too low for me as a 6 foot tall man. My room was on the 6th floor. Definitely uncomfortable showering.

Loved this place so much. The staff was incredibly nice & helpful. The room was spotless & very well kept. Location was great - quick walk to the Arc, Champs de Elyse, & train station. Would recommend to friends & will stay again when visiting Paris.

A nice Hotel within a 5min walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Paris Metro / RER. Despite the breakfast area being small, we thoroughly enjoyed what was on offer, and would stay at this Hotel again when in Paris

The hotel is very well located, at a walking distance to Champs Elysee and the Arc of Triumph, and many restaurants. There is also a metro station nearby which is very convenient. Unfortunately the rooms are too small. There is hardly room to place or open the suitcases, and they were just carry-ons. We were a party of 3 and could not stand up at the same time in that room. I am not kidding. The shower is also extremely small, only suitable for a slim person.

Room is a bit too cramped for triple stay with 3 bags. Lift can fit 2 people with 2 bags. Nevertheless, the reception is manned 24 hrs a day with excellent staff. Location is walkable to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees Ave.

Lovely little hotel
Pro: The service from the staff was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Location is amazing. Close to everything and we pretty much walked everywhere. Had food at a Thai on the adjacent street one night which was gorgeous. Cons: The room walls are paper thin. The first two nights were spent in and out of sleep due to the noise from the people in the room next day. I complained after the second night and was thankfully moved to a much more peaceful room. Rooms are small but when you are out all day they are suffice. Some areas do need a touch up but for 2* you can’t go wrong.

The hotel was amazing. Emily was great and very friendly. Exceptional service from all staff. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from other rooms.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle konnten ausgezeichnet Englisch. Wir durften außerdem schon um 11:30 Uhr einchecken, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Lage ist super, direkt in einer Seitenstraße am Arc de Triomphe, zwei Metrostationen liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück war für 10€ p. P. (Kinder essen gratis mit) gut und wirklich günstig. Das Zimmer war zwar für 3 Personen klein, aber die Betten bequem, Tageslichtbad, sehr gute Beleuchtung. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Great location. Really close to the metro stop near the Arc de Triomphe, so easy to get to and within walking distance of many major attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is older and rooms are on the small side, but everything works, windows are soundproof, and has a/c for hot summer months.
