The hotel was quiet, calm and comfortable, not at all what we were expecting since we used to live not a block away in the 17th. The windows were double paned, the room clean with very modern utilities and even a telephone, We felt secure and in good hands. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, speaking either in French or English. Breakfast was included in the booking price. We'd go back again in an instant. Better than typical big city three star hotels. It was a hidden gem during our stay in Paris.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, and a safe that were all pretty new. The hotel is within walking distance to the Arc de Triopmhe and lots of choices of restaurants and cafes.

J'avais demandé le dernier etage mais j'ai eu l'avant-dernier. Comme les voisins au dessus etaient très bruyants la nuit, la dame à la réception m'a trouvé une belle chambre au dernier la 2ème nuit. Merci !

위치랑 가성비 면에서 압도적으로 좋아요! 지하철 역이랑 가까워서 어디든 이동하기 좋고 개선문이랑 에펠탑 정도는 걸어서도 충분히 갑니다. 카운터 직원분도 굉장히 친절하시고 무엇보다 조용한 동네에 위치하고 안전하다는 느낌이 들었어요

ホテルのスタッフ対応は非常に丁寧でした。 凱旋門からも歩いて10分程度、メトロやRERの利用も複数路線が可能なため大変便利です。近隣にスーパーやパン屋さん、ランドリーもあるので長期滞在にも不自由しません。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Stayed 2 nights and love it, the only bad thing is because they didn’t switch the towels, had to use same towels during my staying

Comodissimo Hotel situato al centro, a due passi dagli Champs Elyseés. Camera spaziosa e ben fornita di tutti i comfort compreso il ferro da stiro, personale gentilissimo e disponibile che ci ha offerto la possibilità di lasciare la valigia dopo il check out per un ultimo giro in centro. La colazione è ottima, soprattutto i croissant e il pane artigianali! Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare Parigi in relax e iniziando da una buona colazione!

Not a good stay
We walked up the dark stairs to our room. NO lights. We had to use our phone torch. Then the keycard didn’t work So I had to go back down. After getting another- we walked in to a room with people’s belongings in it!!! We eventually got checked in to a Room that was most definitely not a super delux. It was small and the shower flooded. The internet did not work the whole time we were there and were told they were waiting on a new router. Not helpful when you are away and need Wi-Fi. The coffee machine was also intermittent. When we woke up Monday morning we found we had not been topped up with tea and milk in our room. Would definitely not recommend this hotel and a refund is required of some sort!

The only thing positive was the amazing staff. Other than that, unfortunately my room was very disappointing. Upon check in I noticed the shower wall was dirty with brown spots (which came off with a simple towel so it obviously was not cleaned), stains on the carpet, black dirt stain on my pillow case and stains on the wall. With cleanliness so important in these times, this was shocking to me. Total lack of important basic details. I’m sure I’ll get a standard “we’ll pass it along to our staff” response but hopefully it actually gets addressed for future guests.

Séjour agréable, malheureusement l'ascenseur est tombé en panne le jour de mon arrivée. Ma chambre étant au 4e étage, cela n'a pas été très pratique. Ascenseur réparé le matin de mon départ. En dédommagement, l'hotel m' a offert mes 3 petits déjeuners, ce qui a été un geste apprécié. Chambre pour 1 personne très petite, tête du lit juste à côté de la porte et peu de place mais convenable pour un bref séjour.
