No Parking
Looked for hotels with a parking place. This hotel didn’t have a place to park even tough their facilities did tell there was. They told me that their parking lot was full. I’m even wondering if they have a parking lot. When I came i was told that I could let my car there. I’m the morning i was called at my room because my car was in front of a driveway. I also that someone scratched my car, probably by the person whose driveway it was. In the evening when I arrived. I moved my car away and parked on a place the guy in the evening assigned I could park. 1 hour later: there was a tow car to take my car away. The lady receptionist called me again to tell me the situation to prevent my car from being towed. At the end I just parked my car in a public garage. It was a stressfull Sunday

Since you didn't ask we couldn't inform you the parking garage was full. Ontbijt teleurstellend, 4 tafeltjes en je kan kiezen uit 4 broodjes, meer niet. 1 persoonslift. Op de website staat eigen parkeergarage, kunnen maar 3 auto’s in, dus deze is altijd vol. De kamer was wel top. Nette en schone kamer, fijn bed en alles was schoon.

Ik neem nota van het feit dat u ons ontbijtbuffet niet op prijs heeft gesteld, hoewel de selectie vrij groot is: warme dranken en sappen, verschillende soorten brood en bakkerijen, vleeswaren, roerei. Aarzel niet om bij uw aanstaande verblijf uw verwachtingen met ons te delen; kunnen we ons misschien aanpassen. We boeken ook graag de parkeergarage van hetzelfde type om er zeker van te zijn dat we één plaats beschikbaar hebben. Wij hopen u snel weer te mogen verwelkomen. Vriendelijke groeten,

Vriendelijk personeel, nette kamer, heerlijk bed. Helaas was bij een vroege aankomst de parkeerplaats nog niet beschikbaar, maar waren zeer behulpzaam bij het vinden van een oplossing om de hoek. Dik tevreden!

Jammer dat de kamers op de foto’s er anders uit zien dan in werkelijkheid. Ook jammer dat er op de site staat aangegeven dat het mogelijk is om als gast te parkeren voor een bepaald bedrag maar je wordt gewoon door verwezen naar een openbare parkeergarage. Personeel was wel heel vriendelijk.

Cute hotel near the charming Champs Elysees
Great location, very close to the Champs Elysees, literally 2 mins walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but well equipped with basic necessities. The closest metro, George V, is 2 mins away, so it's well connected.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic location. A block off the Champs Elysees, and close to the George V metro stop. The rooms are small, but very comfortable. The front desk staff, Henry in particular, were just incredibly helpful.

First of all the hotel was worm welcoming my wife and I . Basmah was very friendly polite, smile , welcoming and fast checked in . The hotel manager Mr Christelle was very professional smart with friendly communication to confirm that I will arrive with nothing else needs until my checked in and even during my stay he asked me If I need any assistance or Paris tours or booking restaurants . I really appreciated . Seriously I LOVE THIS HOTEL . The room 501 view was very nice , cleaned and well designed. The breakfast staff was even more excited and the food was nice to with a price of 15 Euros . Sure when ever I visited Paris this is my first pick if the price didn’t go higher in the future. Welldone A
