It is true that we are located in a quiet and residential area but with many options in term of restaurants or shops and it is very easy to take the metro as we have the metro line 12 at Convention five minutes away from the hotel. Regarding the room's size, our small double rooms are indeed small and as it is informed on our website, the size is 11 square meters so regarding the Parisian standards, the size is correct but compared with international standards, we understand that it could be very small.
