Dear Sir, First of all thank you for taking time to review your last stay in our hotel. We feel sorry that you had issue with our reception staff concerning the communication. If I remember well, the miscomunication was coming from the room category chosen and the number of people you wanted to checked-in with. As explained, our classic room does not fit for 4 people and the only solution was to pay a supplement to upgrade you in a deluxe room that fits for 4. We apologize for the miscomunication, we really should have write you an email to confirm this. On site, we did our best and ask you for a payment of the supplement offering the first night supplement.
