Hotel was niet heel boeiend, maar prima om te slapen. De ligging was wel echt supergoed! Daar deden we het voor.

locatie perfect!
Weinig in het hotel geweest maar dit was ok : - aardig personeel - locatie vlakbij Arc de Triomphe is echt super dit kon beter : - duur ontbijt, zeker met kleine kinderen, Mac is dichtbij :) - heel weinig kastruimte dus spullen maar in tassen laten zitten - bijna geen plankruimte in badkamer voor toiletspullen - geen ventilatie anders dan airco

Un buen lugar para la estancia. Muy bien ubicado. El único pero la falta de cortina en el baño lo que hace que se moje al tomar la ducha. 🙈🙈

No tiene puerta completa la regadera por lo tanto se moja todo el piso donde esta la taza de baño. El personal no habla ingles y es muy difícil comunicarse.

overall had a great stay for two nights. hotel and rooms are very small however that is expected for anywhere in europe. the only downsides were pur shower was very very tiny with nowher to put toiletries but we made it work. we found it strange we had to leave our key with the staff while we leave for the day. everyone was friendly and room was tidied up during the day. i would stay here again

Lo más importante es que tiene muy buena ubicación para el metro y cerca del Arco del Triunfo, como aspecto negativo no había agua caliente, pero lo compensaron con el Desayuno . La estancia agradable y tranquilo .

The property was just a 6 min easy walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees so the location is extremely convenient. There is a cafe downstairs and many others in the following blocks. The area is safe and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. However, staff did not crack a smile at any point. They looked like they didn't want to be at work and were only going through the motions. Didn't feel welcomed nor were we asked if we had any questions or needed any info. There was a note on the elevator stating no eating was permitted in rooms or there would be a fine. I don't know what that meant... if not even a snack, but didn't want to test it. However, I found it to be very inconvenient especially traveling with children. Also, the elevator stops at inbetween floors meaning that after you leave you must still go up or down approx 5 stairs with luggage. It's a tiny elevator where only you and 2 suitcases fit at once. I was able to overlook the inconveniences and staff, though, given the good location and cleanliness.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very friendly, the location was excellent. A short walk to the Arc de Triumph. Close to restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean and spacious enough for the trhee of us. I would definitely stay there again.

Acomodação regular, localização boa
O hotel está localizado muito proximo do Arco do Triunfo, o que facilita fazer passeios a pé. O quarto que fiquei o banheiro cheirava muito mal o tempo todo e o controle remoto da TV nao funcionava, apesar de trocar continuou nao funionando. Além de que, o quarto ficava nos fundos do hotel e do lado de fora. Não fiquem no quarto 129. Talvez outros quartos possam ser melhores. Teve atendente que disse que não falava inglês, o que dificultou a comunicação.

La pièce est défraîchie, le papier peint se décolle, le plâtre pend au plafond, les rideaux sont déchirés et sales, le Wi-Fi est faible. Aucune insonorisation. L'emplacement est bon, à 5 minutes de l'Arc de Triomphe.

Mohammed at the front desk was a calm grounded force when we checked in, and my small day bag went missing due to a child taking it into the taxis with his family! Mohammed saved the day with a phone call, and the family sent my bag back in a taxis. Sufian at the front dest was also very helpful and I appreciated the opportunity to practice my French with them! Perfect area, feels extremely safe to return in the metro at night and walk back to this area, after exploring by metro and on foot. So close to the Arc de Triomph and the Champs Eleysee! Some peeling wallpaper could use a refresh but the room was clean, with very comfortable beds and I loved being able to soak in a bathtub of hot water after 12 hours of walking. I do recommend this hotel as a budget option for this who want to be right downtown in all the action.

La habitación triple era amplia y confortable, la cama para mi gusto muy cómoda, tiene aire acondicionado que no usamos y el baño muy bonito. Todo muy limpio y arreglado. En contra que en la bañera no tenía mampara y nos teníamos que duchar sentados para no llenarlo todo de agua, algo que fácilmente se puede arreglar con una cortina. Repetiría si vuelvo a París.
