The staff members and services were exceptional. The room was spacious and well decorated. It was centrally located near many cafes, shopping and other points of interests. Overall it was one of the best hotel we have experienced being oversea. We will definitely be back when in Paris

Upon our arrival, we were informed that our room had been upgraded. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that a beauty salon had rented the adjacent room. To our dismay, starting from 6AM the following morning, we endured continuous noise from drilling and furniture being moved, which made it impossible for us to get any sleep. Furthermore, we encountered a significant inconvenience due to the absence of a ramp or elevator to assist us in carrying our luggage, as there were numerous steps from the street leading up to the lobby.

It is also unfortunate for us to have missed the oppourtunity to discuss with you in person the issues you experienced. Indeed, it is one of the busiest period for all the hotels in Paris, however, I remember doing your check - in and helping you with part of your luggage myself. You have mentioned to have endured continuous noise from drilling and furniture being moved from 6am which to our knowledge does not seem possible, the makeup room clients for the Champs Elysées Festival arrived from 9 am and there was no drilling.If we assume the noise is coming from construction work outside, it has never happened this early. Your satisfaction is our priority and we apologize sincerely and should we have known we would have looked for a solution. Personnel et hotel très bien, merci encore ! Cependant à noter quelques petits détails, Au vu du prix très élevé de la chambre prestige, j'aurais aimé que le lit soit un vrai lit et non 2 lits "collés", qui plus est, les matelas et coussins étaient assez durs... Le reste de la chambre était impeccable, et la salle de bain magnifique. Il y avait également des travaux dans la rue, j'aurais bien voulu être averti lors de la réservation. Et enfin, sauf erreur de ma part, une bouteille de champagne était annoncée pour l'accueil, nous avons eu un vin de Bordeaux très classique...

Nous avons pris note de votre remarque concernant le matelas et cela a été reporté au Gouvernant Général qui recherche actuellement une solution pour nous améliorer. Concernant le matelas et coussins, nous proposons à nos clients un "Menu de literie" avec plusieurs options comme oreiller à plumes, à mémoire de forme etc ... ; pour la prochaine fois n'hésitez pas à le demander lors de votre arrivée. En effet lors de votre séjour des barrières étaient en place en face de l'hôtel dû à des travaux ne concernant pas l'hôtel. Ayant séjourné pendant le Réveillon du Nouvel An, les travailleurs étaient en repos et vous n'avez donc dû entendre aucuns bruits. Désormais sachez que tous les travaux autour de l'hôtel sont terminés. Pour la bouteille de Champagne, nous sommes navrés mais il n'était pas mentionné que vous aviez le droit à une Bouteille de Champagne c'est la raison pour laquelle nous vous avons mis en chambre une bouteille de vin. J'ai choisi un quartier de rêve en espérant avoir un séjour à cette hauteur. J'ai réservé un appartement avec coin cuisine. - Malheureusement un coin cuisine sans aucun ustensile sauf un micro-onde ne sert strictement à rien. - 3 grandes fenêtres donnent sur les clims de la cour intérieure (vue horrible) - Habitué à réserver en passant par Hotel.com, cette fois-ci l'hôtel Vernet à ajouté des frais supplémentaire sans que je n'ai pu profité d'aucun service supplémentaire. 45€ de frais supplémentaire pour une nuit à plus de 900€, cela ressemble à du vol. ( Ils m'ont dit de voir avec hotel.com, mais rien n'est possible sans l'accord de l'hôtel Vernet) Hôtel Vernet, si vous ne voulez pas des clients passant par hotel.com alors arrêtez votre partenariat.

The rooms are spacious and nice, as well as the proximity to the Champs de Elysse. However, the staff and service quality was inconsistent. One bell staff broke my suitcase handles, on the final day another staff member just entered the room without knocking while my wife was changing and packing and then remained there which made her feel unsafe. He wanted to check the minibar. There was no communication that the breakfast buffet concluded at different times on the weekdays (earlier) vs weekends. During turndown service the housekeeping staff did not bus or clean the used tea. They would not replenish the tea either (we only drink 1-2 cups of tea). The view was horrible as it is a construction zone.

Great boutique hotel in prime Paris location. staff is very friendly and willing to help (which is not common in Paris). Hands on management team and little details that make you feel pleased. There is only one restaurant (great food) and small bar.

Not a 5 star Hotel
Disappointed in choosing this hotel. It’s overall location was it’s best feature. The street it is on is more of an alley. All type neighboring employees of other businesses use it as their smoke break room. Cigarette butts everywhere plus the building directly across street is under construction. I made the reservation last minute but the room was one first floor directly above entrance and facing the construction site. Asked to move and they did allow an upgrade a bit higher and over but still on top of the construction. Which was told wouldn’t start until 10am but it was about 8am. Small hotel nothing about it was 5 star. We asked for a wine opener but they waited for us to open the bottle and asked for it back as it was the only one in hotel. ?? They need a nice smell in lobby and halls as it smelled like sewer on way to our room. Took the stairs as the only elevator was very small. They overcharged the authorization and then had attitude when I asked for breakdown of bill. I’m sure she felt I was not pleased by that’s not the way to treat a customer despite my dissatisfaction of it not meeting my expectations for a 5 star hotel. Small lobby small check in area nominal “bar” and dining area. Room was ok but very bad use of space. See the odd photo in the tiny water closet. Not sure who would use the spray hose for hygiene it was in a cut out hole in wall and dusty l? Did not bother with the included breakfast. Would love a refund not worth the money.
