Nice view of the Eiffel tower from my room. The room was not that big but fine. The bed was nice. The bathroom was clean, although it could use a ‘deep clean’ too clear the discoloration (mold?) on the tiles in the shower.
Staff was very friendly, but I waited 15 minutes in line to check in and it didn’t seem that busy.
The surrounding area was much better than expected; enough nice restaurants. And access to the conference center was very easy.

I’m allergic to animals and had a reaction to the first room they put me in but as soon as I told the front desk they found a room for me that was just nextdoor…. and I had no reaction. I really appreciated the kindness. It was a great experience. Everyone spoke English as well. Rooms recently renovated and bedding was nice.

On dispose de bac de tri dans la chambre, mais la femme de ménage met tout dans la poubelle… et n’a aucune option de tri. La direction nous dit que ce sera corrigé, mais 2 jours plus tard, c’est le même scénario. On me dit alors que le tri est fait dans le sous-sol… Vraiment ???!! Ça ressemble à de la fausse représentation pour paraître « vert ».

In un albergo del genere trovare la doccia nella vasca da bagno col la tendina di plastica è deprimente. Scarso isolamento acustico e sistema di aspirazione/condizionamento molto rumoroso.
Frigo bar vuoto, assente macchinetta del caffè tipo Nespresso che ormai si trova ovunque. Moquette vecchio stile.

Everything was perfect about the Hotel. From the friendly and informative staff (all of the front desk crew & the breakfast crew as well), the fantastic breakfast buffet spread, the location is fantastic walking distance to everywhere.
