Er mist wat aan dit hotel, en veel te warm.
Wij waren hier voor onze huwelijksreis. In eerste instantie positief; mooie ligging en entree en vriendelijk personeel. Maar toen de kamer; sfeerloos, terwijl de impressie anders deed vermoeden. Ook hadden ze geen airco, omdat ze de verwarming aan hadden, dit stond nergens. we sliepen hier 6 nachten en we hebben amper een oog dicht gedaan. Het was zo warm en benauwd binnen. We hadden een non refundable prijs, anders waren we weg gegaan. Oja en we hadden een fles champagne besteld bij aankomst, de fles was lauw en de glazen heel vies. Het zit in de details.

Super locatie, zeer mooi hotel! Personeel is ook zeer vriendelijk, zullen zeker niet aarzelen om te helpen indien nodig!

We had a nice stay. The rooms were well kept and the staff was lovely. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to things. The restaurant around the corner that the front desk recommended was fab!

Service is great room cleaned perfectly and aded bottled water daily. Shower and a full bath which I thought was aded bonus. Price is affordable for the area and within walking distance of all good restaurants.

Overall stay was great. The bed was really comfortable with a nice think topper. However, the coffee machine was not functioning well. I only had 2 cups of coffee during my 9 days stay at the hotel. Somehow the coffee capsule would not work. Other than that, it is a lovely option. There are a number of great restaurants around the area. Plein Terre is a must as it is listed in Michelin guide. You won't regret!

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We booked a deluxe room, and we found a room with old carpets, a headboard that was a drawn picture, A tiny toilet in one closet, and then you had to access a sink around the corner in the bedroom to wash your hands. There was no tub or anything as pictured. The rooms pictured on Expedia do not exist. When we called for room service for coffee in the morning they didn’t seem to understand what it is, that we wanted so it seems that room service doesn’t really exist in this hotel, although there is a ratty leaflet by the coffee maker in the closet. I had asked the desk to rectify the problem and move us into a room that we had paid for, and the clerk was trying to resolve the problem and called the manager. The manager arrogantly suggested that we find another hotel rather than helping us. So that was all the hotel was going to do. Toss us out on our vacation. Would I recommend the Belmont to someone. Certainly not. We have stayed in other hotels in Paris that were much more accommodating.

Dear Madame Cindy, First of all, we would like to thank you for your last visit at the Belmont Paris, and tell you that we are very sorry to hear that our hotel did not meet your expectations.Regarding your wish to have a bathtub in the bathroom and the fact that whether or not you were in a Deluxe room : the pictures on the websites are pictures of Deluxe rooms and the 205 is a Deluxe room. All of our rooms could have either shower or bathtub as mentioned (except for the suites that have both), and the rooms, even inside the same category, are not 100% identical since our hotel is located in a one century old Hausmannian building . Thus, we must adapt to the historical architecture of this Parisian building. We did not receive with your booking any comment mentioning the request to have a bathtub. However, when it came to our understanding that it was your wish, we tried to accommodate you the best we could but unfortunately, we were almost fully booked and did not have any Deluxe rooms equipped with bathtub to offer you. We even checked out the option of upgrading you, but all of our suites were booked as well. Moreover, I am very sorry again to see that a misunderstanding could have offended you : based on your comment I understand that you were under the feeling that our manager was telling you that you could go to other hotels. That is not exactly what happened. Indeed, your booking was a Non-Refundable booking with pre-payment, and in order to try to satisfy you the best we could, we offered you all the options we could, to let you choose the one that would suit you best, including the option of getting a refund if you ever decided to interrupt your stay, which is not contractually granted and our manager offered you this option making an exception to the rules, again to give you all the options.Regardless, we were glad that you chose to stay with us. We always strive to please our guests and have satisfied customers. Again, I am truly sorry that your felt offended and hope that we will have a new opportunity to pamper you at the Belmont Paris. Great location
Great location, friendly staff. Room was comfortable enough, nice to have a nespresso machine, gowns and slippers. Aircon throughout the hotel was still set on “winter mode” though, so wouldn’t go cold enough for a warm spring evening! Breakfast was ok, typical basic continental with a few hot items laid out too. Not much choice of juice or cereals though.
