Het was een net , schoon en gezellig hotel. Wij hadden in de eerste instantie de “ Echo “ kamer maar daar bleek het rolgordijn kapot te zijn. Wij kregen geen zonder probleem een mooie andere kamer! Fijne ruimte goed bed schoon en netjes. Onze gastheer “ Maxime “ was ontzettend vriendelijk! Wij konden voor de incheck tijd onze koffers al neerzetten zodat wij de stad in konden zonder bagage. Goede ligging met in de buurt metro, tram , bus ect. Een aanrader!

supervriendelijk personeel, iets te duur
Dit is een heel goed hotel, met supervriendelijk personeel (vooral de dames aan de receptie waren heel behulpzaam). De verhouding prijs / kwaliteit is misschien niet volledig in evenwicht, want best wel dure kamers voor een kleine oppervlakte (15 m2). Op 200 meter van een metrstation en Tour Monparnasse, wat een absolute must do is in Parijs als je een prachtig zicht wil over stad, inclusief de Eifel toren.

Prima hotel!
Erg prettig hotel, prima gelegen in het centrum. Jammer dat de kamer erg warm was, maar de inrichting en staat van het interieur zijn echt top. Geweldige stortdouche en prima bed. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk!

Nice staff and nice lobby. Location good. Good coffee. Room small. Stains on bed sheets. No A/C. Shower water temperature is inconsistent and fluctuates in temperature a lot while showering. Fixtures including shower head and faucets are cheap.

Dear Mr CARRUBBA,we are sorry you didn't fully enjoyed your stay. Indeed, the air conditioning is not on yet because the weather is still unstable and variable. As in many hotels, we have an integrated system of heating/cooling, therefore, it is not possible to have the a/c running in only one room. We do have ventilators that are available under request at the front desk. The entire hotel will go under expansion and renovation soon for the comfort of our guests. We hope you will consider staying here again in the future to enjoy our new cozy environment. We have taken all of your observations into consideration and will discuss the stains with the housekeeping team so it doesn' happen again. Have you contacted us while you were still in the hotel ? We would have provided the necessary changes during your stay. I can understand it is not confortable for you to not have the a/c but unfortunately, it is common to still have this kind of cooling system in France. As for the shower, we haven't had any feedback like this before but our techniciens have already been informed and will fix it.Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience.

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, a soli 300 metri dalla fermata più vicina della metropolitana. Questo ci ha consentito di spostarci comodamente con i mezzi pubblici. La zona è molto servita. Nei dintorni dell'hotel sono presenti bar, caffetterie, ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere. La camera era confortevole e molto pulita. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Amazing hotel from start to finish. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and pretty with great balcony looking onto the Main Street below. Good central location for shops, restaurants and metro. Will definitely return.

Staff were accommodating and spoke very good English. The cleaners were also lovely. The location is perfect for first time visitors as there are a wide variety of restaurant's, shopping (Zara was just across the street and Mango was around the corner from the hotel) and a Franprix which is a mini store with everything you need just around the corner. Looking forward to booking my stay here again :)

LOVE IT!
A pearl. Tucked away within walking distance of several subway and RER entrances, near restaurants and shopping, the rooms are very comfortable, well decorated, the breakfast is excellent and varied, the wifi works great. I have absolutely nothing but nice things to say about this hotel and the staff there who are all friendly, helpful and attentive.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel! Das Zimmer war schlicht und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr sehr gut, die Metroanbindung nicht weit weg. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich; freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Minuspunkt: das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein, und in der Minibar waren keine Getränke. Preis Leistung stimmt hier einfach nicht Trotzdem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Meget hyggeligt hotel med et utroligt sødt, venligt, imødekommende og serviceminded personale - også overfor familiens yngste medlem på 7 år. Man følte sig hjertelig velkommen! Hotel og værelser er nyrenoverede og alt fungerede fremragende. Vær indstillet på, at værelserne er lidt små, komforten til gengæld i top.

I have just came back from 4 nights staying here! Couldn’t recommend it enough, overall stay was amazing and all staff were really helpful and pleasant. I never managed to get the man’s name who was on the desk in day time, however he was especially great with us during our stay! And great English if anyone was worried about any language barrier. The room was amazing too, very trendy and looked amazing. Also thought the bed was tremendous and very comfortable!

Après 3 séjours, J’adore l’emplacement de l’hôtel près de deux metro. Chambre propre et un super déjeuner. Problematique pas de remplacement de bouteille d’eau quotidiennement, Aussi pas de café dans les chambres, pas de prise pour cellulaire près du lit. On entend le bruit des autres chambres: toilettes, douches, odeur d’égout à sorti de la toilette. Chère

Not a 4-star hotel
Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was small and the shower was out in the open, with water running all over the floor. The breakfast was awful, with stone-cold eggs and bacon and a coffee machine that used instant coffee. The WiFi was weak and spotty and the Netflix and other streaming channels did not work. This is more like a 2.5 star hotel.

The hotel is on a Main Street, so not the neighborhood vibe one might be looking for in Paris. But, the room was clean and the shower was very nice with good products.
