goed behalve dan het niet correct boeken van de kamer, waardoor we op een mindere kamer terecht kwamen en tussentijds moesten verhuizen naar de kamer die we geboekt hadden maar niet vrij was toen we arriveerden. Onaangenaam dus!

Room was so clean, there’s no front desk but thats ok because they have a rlly good system going on. Only complain is that the walls are a little thin and my AC wasn’t working. Thankfully I didn’t need it to much cause I had 2 huge windows that gave good air flow.

I liked the interior decoration and comfortable beds. The rooms are very small, though, so they are not t very accommodating for overseas travelers with lots of luggage. Otherwise the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need in a room. The reason I only gave 3 stars was because of the check-in process, which is done via QR code. Expedia doesn't enable sending the QR code via the chat so the hotel needs your email address. The whole communication process to figure this out and get a QR code caused unnecessary stress and time. My suggestion for the residence management is to please ensure the instructions for check-in match what yoy really need (we did not need to fill out a form in the end) and respond quicker to chat/email/WhatsApp enquiries. That would make the experiece so much nicer and then I would give a star or two more 🙂

The property was clean. Decor is somewhat dated but functional. Had issues with receiving check-in information due to third party booking filtering messages. This was awkwardly resolved. Suggest you contact the hotel prior to your arrival to avoid these issues.

The property is conveniently located near the subway, multiple restaurants and other shops. Had problems communicating with them for getting the room code. Problem with booking company they should work out. Overall a good experience.

Really good experience! Clean all the time. My boyfriend and myself stayed for 6 days no issues. Near to any buss station and metro. Walked around the block really safe and a lot of food options. Offered breakfast really good and affordable. Definitely I will come back

Ubicacion a 5 minutos caminando de un metro lo cual es bueno. Pero el "hotel" que mas bien es como un condo, es totalmente austero, obscuro, chiquitito, te da claustrofobia entrar a las habitaciones e ir por los pasillos. Se siente sucio e inseguro. Un señor que estaba ahi cuidando estsba dormido en los sillones de la entrada. No lo recomiendo

Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I've booked in my life. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a room. The room was so hot (no air conditioning) and we discovered in the middle of our stay that the room was infected with mold. We immediately contacted the emergency number and they changed us to another room, but the other room was no better (same problems, no fans in the bathroom and the bathroom stank so bad...). I couldn't even eat in the room without having my nose hidden. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And to top it all off, they have the worst customer service. There is no receptionist; you have to contact someone via WhatsApp and that person sometimes doesn't answer. I'm going to ask for a refund. We had no other choice but to stay there has they were no refund policy. I'm definitely seeing my doctor for molds as I started feeling sick during our stay...worst place ever..

The walls were thin, the bathroom had mold, and there was no shower curtain or door so when the shower was used the whole bathroom floor got wet. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures provided. The bathroom was not updated like the pictures showed.

Black Mold. The entire 2 weeks we were there we had to keep the windows open in the cold weather to keep from gagging on the smell of black mold. No use in complaining because what else were we to go? Also, the other hotel guests kept smoking and their smoke kept going up and into our room. Horrible experience.

personnel réactif et sympathique, la chambre était petite mais très propre et calme. bémol le manque de lumière les lampes n'éclairent pas suffisamment. A l'inverse la nuit les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants. Il serait même envisageable d'en poser dans les toilettes.

10/10 Exceptional Stay
Great stay! Check-in without in-person reception is super easy if you’re tech-savvy. We stayed four nights and on the second day our room was cleaned and new towels were provided to us (we didn’t even ask!). Room was very clean and comfortable. There was also staff present at various times throughout the day. Close to metro so in a good location as well. Saw some other reviews about mold in the bathrooms but if you stay at any hotel in Europe you’ll find this is extremely common, bathrooms just don’t have vents. However; there was very little mold in our bathroom and it appears as though they regularly tend to the mold so that it does not spread. There was just a little patch on the ceiling (compared to our hotel in Rome which had mold all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom). Again, it’s common here but they appear to tend to it. Overall, great stay and would recommend to anyone!
