Thank you for telling that the staff is nice, we are trying our best with the authorized means. For the breakfast we have chosen to serve know in the room with the possibillity to take it as well in the lobby, may be we did not share this information. Sorry for the delay, not normal you are right. We have airconditioning working well when we put it and some of us prefer to have the renewal with the outside. For the rest nothing to add. Dear Sir, You did explained me all this the day after and I did apologizes as it was not normal at all. I told the Night who should have put a note with his phone number to be called when he is doing his tour of the hotel. First the reception should have found a solution for an arrival earlier, so lack of experience. For the A/C yes it is not on because in Paris it is less than 25° outside, but you are right during the WE there are a lot of people outside during the night, and with the windows opened, it may be difficult to sleep.
