The hotel is too expensive for the quality you get, the rooms are old and our room didn’t have a working AC unit, the bath tub and sink were clogged so not too pleasant. The good part is that it’s next to Champs - Elysees

Viel erg tegen
Incheck is om 14;30. Ik kwam bij het hotel aan om 15;15 na een zes uur lange autoreis. Ik was moe en kon niet wachten om mn kamer in te gaan,. Ik kreeg te horen dat ik even vijf minuten moest wachten. Ik heb plaats genomen in de lobby, Vervolgens komt de dame van de receptie enkele minuten later met de mededeling dat de kamer pas over een uur klaar zou zijn. Ze stelde voor om de bagage in het hotel achter te laten en even de stad in te gaan. Ik ging daar zeker niet mee akkoord. Ik was moe en wilde mij opfrissen. Bovendien was ik netjes op tijd, dus moesten zij het probleem maar oplossen. Na een paar telefoontjes kreeg ik een andere kamer. Echter dit was een downgrade. Ik hoor een gelijke of betere kamer te krijgen, niet een mindere. Dus wederom ging ik n iet akkoord. Uiteindelijk heb ik in deze laatste kamer gewacht totdat mijn kamer klaar was, een uur later. In deze kamer stonden twee stoelen, die onder de vlekken zaten. Ik wil niet eens weten watvoor vlekken dat zijn. Nooit meer dit hotel voor mij. Voor het geld dat je ervoor betaald, mag je veel meer verwachten dan dit. De locatie is geweldig, maar de omgeving van de Champs Elysee kent wel 50 hotels, dus alternatieven genoeg...

All good we were given a bottle of champagne for a birthday very unexpected staff all professional and helpful one small negative comment would be about the bar there was nothing to indicate when it was open excellent wine list however limited to wine or beer in afternoon and we had to go to hotel next door for a different alcohol drink

The staff is friendly on the human level (one of us who had birthday got a bottle of sparkling wine eg.), but when it comes to the duties, everything goes not so well. The calculations for price for the rooms were done incorrently (we choose to pay cash initially). We are supposed to get a refund now, but it's been more then a month since we checked out (not without an issue), and we are still waiting, although when it came to charding cards, it has been done in 30 mins from another country. The communication with the hotel is poor, almost all of the mails remain unanswered. The communication betweem the reception shifts is absent, being informed once, the rest doesn't know that there is only one person who pays the whole party. The whole trip in the internal paperwork has been signed to a 7yo guest. What's also important that the hotel finds itself above a night club, so those guests who have their windows facing the yard will have hard time sleeping.

Great, friendly and helpful staff, but they have to check the rooms before every check in. Our room had lot of problems: the safe and the phone wasn’t working, no electrical plugs near the bed, the toilet was bed smelling, the make up mirror was above the bidet, and the bathtub was very high.

I had a very bad experience checking in in a room smells paint ( newly painted ) then other room already occupied with another guest then 3rd room with not working air condition then suddenly the only one who cared one of the staff ( paul in the reception ) he was very good and handled everything i really appreciate his effort

I was expecting better, as I have stayed at Warwick properties before. The staff seemed non-plussed to have us there. While we did arrive early in the day and our room was ready, when we got to the room, the deadbolt was exceptionally difficult to lock because of damage to the door frame. When we came back after our day, we simply wanted to order some food from the in-room-dining menu. We were told that they were “out of hamburgers” after they came up to the room as the phone was not working for incoming calls to the room. Other items were also not available, and we were left with a choice of a chicken wrap, which my wife had, and a club sandwich, which I opted for. The food arrived and was ok, certainly nothing to write home about. I awoke around 2 in the morning with what could only have been food poisoning from my meal, and ended up having a wasted day in the room trying to recover, causing us to miss our booked tour of the Eiffel Tower. When we checked out, the staff again seemed to have little interest in much other than collecting the charges to the room. I could have mentioned these things at the time, but as we already felt like an inconvenience to the staff, we chose to simply go on our way. Will not be staying here again or recommending this property to any friends or family.

The Warwick paris has outstanding staff service and maintain a high level of cleanliness. The hotel is in a prime location being that it’s almost directly on champs-eléesys and a very short walk to the George V metro station where you can easily get around to most places in Paris. The hotel room was very nice and spacious. The only thing I would mention is some parts of the room were a bit dated but this is not a big deal in my opinion.

The property was ok. It is not a four star hotel. The property was small, the bar and lobby were small. The room was very small. There were ants and gnats in the room. The property was outdated. The staff were kind and helpful. It’s ok for a short stay. I would not stay again.
