Location to Slopes
Location was ideal to the slopes. The property needs a remodel but location and price was worth the compromise. There is a spiral staircase that is not safe for small children. The kitchen is lacking supplies such as a cutting board. The dishwasher was useless. We had to clean the dishes after running them in dishwasher. Linens need an upgrade to cotton bedding. Polyester sheets and plastic/nylon blend mattress cover made for multiple bad nights sleep. We were hot and sweaty. We even had the heat off in the bedroom. Beware the hot water is very hot, however, it runs out after 3 people shower. Jeff was very responsive and accommodating.

Excellent stay
This was the perfect spot for our getaway over the holiday weekend for skiing and snowmobiling. We did rent a car from Salt Lake City although it’s a quick walk up the hill to the lifts. We enjoyed the fireplace, the kitchen and our grown sons were fine up in the loft!

Great location! Bus stop at the bottom of the stairs. Hot Tub and Pool just beneath the unit. Really nice view of PC Mountain. 8 minute walk to the grocery store. 8 minute walk to the PCM base. Good clean unit and everything was perfect!! We had a blast!!

Great Homey Stay
Booked here for some park city skiing, I think realistically if your looking for a daytime locker on the mountain it's about a 10-15 minutes walk. If you're looking to use the eagle lift in park city, this place would be perfect as that is a legitimate 6-7 minute walk in gear, maybe longer in ski boots. Overall the place was great, wish for more comfortable mattresses in the loft upstairs, but I still would stay here again for sure!

Home away from home!
What a cozy and lovely room lace conveniently located only minutes away from everything in Park City. We could not have booked a better place. When we return we will definitely look for this property again. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

Excellent Location across from Park City Ski area parking lot
Very cute condo, just the perfect size for our group which included My brother, his wife and their 2 teens, and myself and my hubs. Location is directly across from the parking lot for Park City Ski resort. We were there for opening weekend. Condo is nicely appointed with everything you need to cook/prepare your own meals, wash your clothing, etc. Watch out for the steep spiral staircase with very wide slats between the rails and steps. I would be nervous about that with very small children around, even the teens were wary coming down the steps. Just a heads up, not really a huge issue! As other have said, this condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but the steps are very easy, 5 short flights and you are there! We recommend this condo for families with older kids and for the location and amenities. The pool and hot tub are nice after a long ski day.

This condo was centrally located, which allowed you to walk to several shops and stores in the area. Our family of five were able to spread out a bit because of the beds and additional bathroom in the loft area. One downside is that the primary bedroom in the front of the condo could hear anything and everything that walked by the bedroom window, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Our stay was fine overall, but it would be great if the mattress was replaced in the primary bedroom.

I’ve stayed in this building before but this condo unit was definitely nicer and more space with the loft and second bathroom. Everything was great in condo for us, we snowboard all day and eat out so we are only there to sleep and use the hot tub! We were basically the only ones in the pool and hot tub! Unit seems to have everything if you are cooking. We forgot a couple items (coffee filters, plastic bags) but the condo has a lot of stuff already. You can walk to the lift if you want! We drove to dinner but the bus stop is right by the building. Beds were great, everything worked in condo! I like this location because you’re basically downtown and by the slopes but you’re not paying $1,000/night!!! Great spot and we will check it out again next year!

The condo was everything we expected. I loved having the boys upstairs with their own bathroom. They programmed the keyless entry to a number that was significant to me. That was super handy. Location was perfect for our needs. Easy in and out. Boys even took a dip in the heated pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location for winter!
Stayed here after Christmas for a short 2-day ski outing with my family. The location is fantastic and the condo was great. My girls had a great time and the condo was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Would stay again.

This isn't a luxury place but it is very clean and was adequate for our needs. Any problems I had were addressed immediately other that the power outage for the last night which wasn't their issue. It was the city's. Just put a damper on our last day/evening there. I would rent again from these people!

Very nice apartment
The apartment have a complete kitchen, I could cook everything I need. The condo is in a privileged location. Comfortable furniture. Nice hottie, near of the apartment. The negatives points are the noise from the street where buses and cars pass during all day and the TV that didn't work well. It's a place that I could stay again!

Park city
We were here for a softball tournament. We played most games at City Park which was 2blocks away. We walked up to the adventure park for ice cream and fun activities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were glad the unit had a/c and washer and dryer although the dryer took about 3 hours to dry a load of laundry. There wasn’t a plug for the tub but our 5 year old was ok to take a shower this time instead. Parking was easy and the traffic was not loud. Grocery shopping was close by and there is a bus to get around town as well. We also visited the Olympic Park to watch the freestyle skiers make amazing jumps into the pool! Jordanelle reservoir is close as well and we even made a day trip to see Provo and go to the Splash Summit waterslides park. There were lots of waterfalls to see on that drive and tubing on the river looked fun as well as the Heber city train which we were sad to not have time for.

Great location!
Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at this condo for a week of spring skiing. Location was great! The mountain is an easy walk (even with ski boots on) across the street, and we'd put skis in car on walk back, instead of carrying up 3 flights and the storage locker looked a little small. If no car, you could keep them inside the door as there's a ski rack/rubber mats. There's a 7-eleven very close by, and a Walgreens, grocery store, a few restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk. Historic main street was a little further to walk, but we didn't mind as the weather was good and it's a nice walk past cool houses. The condo pictures are accurate -- a little dated (but clean), narrow spiral staircase to loft (washer/dryer up there too), and living area is a little small. We didn't use the community pool or hot tub, but it was open. Overall, a convenient, clean condo for the price. Thank you so much! Love Park City!

Clean cozy place!
My husband and I were there with our teenaged daughter. We loved the fireplace and the view from the balcony. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable with nice linens. A short walk to the lift but we took the easy shuttle across the street a lot too! Excellent location. Great value. We will be back!

We really loved our stay in Park City. This condo truly was close to everything, and our kids really loved the loft space where they could all be together. We had a question when we first checked in, emailed the owner, and had a response within minutes. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Park City.

The property was great, and well priced. Couple of items: the spiral staircase is quite narrow and steep. Tricky to get a large suitcase up/down. The refrigerator handle needs to be replaced - seems like a minor item. Overall, this was a great rental. Cozy, clean, convenient and well appointed. Loved the stocked woodpile (but could've really used some paper and kindling to help start it). Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent Place Close to Everything
My wife and two kids (ages 10 and 11) loved the place. The kids stayed up in the loft, while we stayed in the front bedroom. There were 4 single beds in the loft, so the place legitimately sleeps 6 before counting the couches. The community hot tub and heated pool were awesome to hit after a day of skiing. It is possible to walk from the place to Park City Mountain, although we chose to drive. The kitchen was properly equipped. Getting in and out of the place was super easy, and the owners were easy to work with. We would stay here again if we make it back to Park City.

Great property. On the third floor, so some nice additional leg exercise after a day of skiing, walking up :-). Having the washer and dryer was a great help. The outdoor shared Jacuzzi and pool were a great way to soak sore muscles after skiing all day. Did not get a chance to use the wood burning fireplace, but wood was provided and would use it next time. Wifi worked well. Having keyless keypad entry is a plus. Loft is up a narrow spiral staircase.

This condo was big enough for our family of 5 although it would have been tight if we hung out there often. We went in August and it was hot, but fans and open doors/windows cooled it down at night. Its hard to get a cross-breeze without having the front door open, but we only did that for a little before we went to bed. The loft is spacious and the kids loved having their own space.

The unit was clean and accommodating. The loft upstairs was a hit but also quite HOT. There were 4 fans and a ceiling fan and there was no combating the heat. It wasn’t terribly hot either. Highs 91-93. This unit is a 3rd floor with a loft so the heat rose most definitely. Beds were not the most comfortable but we didn’t wake with sore backs. Walking distance to the adventure mountain and a bike ride to the farmer market. We’d stay again, but likely a different unit on the other end of the condos or if this one sprung for an AC unit. Pool/hot tub were clean and got used daily by us. The fridge handle was missing but that’s not bothersome to us. Couches were a faux leather so didn’t feel grungy. The washer/dryer unit was handy to have too. Price was affordable. Thanks for the stay!

Exactly what we were looking for
Condo was great for a group of 4. We were looking for something walking distance to lifts while still being affordable and this fit our needs. It's about 5 min to First Time for any beginners in your group, it's closer to 10 min to Payday/Crescent. It's an easy drive into town and to Kimball Junction for your grocery needs. Parking is easy and convenient. The front door has a code, so you don't have to worry about keys and everyone can come and go as they please. Would definitely look at staying here again my next time in Park City.

Best location in Park City for a ski trip!
Excellent location for skiing, couldn’t get much closer. Beautiful condo with all amenities and good parking. Hot tub on site was great after a long day skiing. Slept 4 adults very comfortably. Easy access to the village restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Park City especially if to ski. Thank you for sharing your lovely mountain home!
