'Arriving to the unit, it was hard to find the entrance. When I walked around the back, I fell off the sidewalk by the boating dock. Skid both my knees. The fan in the bedroom is terribly loud, it sounds and looks like it's about to fall out of the ceiling. We were there for 4 days, 2 rolls of toilet paper wasn't enough. I was surprised that there at least wasn't salt and pepper in the kitchen. I went to buy coffee because there wasn't enough in the tiny coffee jar. Other than that, everything...

'We had some issues with the initial check-in as we did not receive the entry code, and were unable to contact the owner. This resulted in us having to spend our first night in a hotel. The owner contacted us the following day and reimbursed us for the inconvenience. After that communication with him was very good. The property was located in a central area close to shopping and restaurants. It’s a small place suitable for two people. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the Bbq. There is ample...

'We loved being right on the river and the restful place it was. We saw wild burros across the river a few times and heard them more. The main thing we didn't like was that the king bed was right up against the wall on one side, which made it awkward to get in and out of for the person sleeping on that side, plus nowhere to put things. It didn't stop us from reserving it again for next year, though!'

'The property had lots of maintenance issues, like warm water was not available for one of the showers, one sliding door was not working and was open. Cable tv only available in one tv, low batteries on the entrance door knob. I Will look for another option next time'

'Enjoyed our weekend at this duplex. Very clean, easy access to everything in Havasu. Wonderful to have a patio to enjoy morning coffee each day!'

'This is a such a great property. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back every year! Its was perfect for our little family of five. We have 3 children - ages 5, 2 and 1. The closet space is large enough to hide a pack-n-play so our youngest had his own little space to sleep.'
