My family members were staying in Ohio but was able to bring my Mother back to Holiday Inn and the difference between this luxurious hotel compared to where she was staying was night and day. '

'Hotel was right off the interstate in a nice area. It was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. The only issue was that our room had a strange odor. Can’t even explain what it smelled like but not pleasant. '

'The room was great! Very spacious and new. The checkin process was a bit laborious but that might be because I was a little early. The lobby smells of curry, so it might be overwhelming if you don’t like curry. Breakfast was ok. Overall a very good deal. '

'The office staff were all very professional and friendly. My visit was due to flooding of my home from the Ohio river. I wasn’t informed until the evening of 4-3 that I needed to evacuate now, as the River was over the bank and would continue flooding the area. I haven’t driven at night time in 6-7 years, so the drive over to the hotel was extremely stressful for me. The hotel allowed my late arrival.
