Antiguo pero con encanto
Es la segunda vez que vamos a este hotel. Nos gusta la situación del mismo, frente a la playa. El personal es agradable y atento. La comida esta bien, las paellas muy ricas. Lo único es que las habitaciones son de dos camas, pero para un par de noches no nos importa. Hotel antiguo pero con encanto. Este año ya no tenemos ocasión de ir más, pero para el próximo año, volveremos. Gracias por todo

Right on the beach
Awesome stay right on the beach. Easy walk to the castle and all else Peñíscola has to offer. The hotel staff are extremely kind and helpful to make your stay a good one. Great place if you have a car as parking is easy and cheaper than any of the surrounding areas. Hotel has a decent restaurant as well.

Maño un autentico visionario y luchador...
Es una linda hosteria en primera linea de playa, si bien es un edificio antiguo, se mantiene en muy buen estado de conservacion, es tranquilo y seguro, el personal es muy amable desde Christian hasta los camareros y camareras, tuvimos oportunidad de conocer en persona a Maño su propietario, una persona encantadora... Aun asi, el costo del hotel no guarda relacion con su categorizacion, es un punto importante cuando se emprende un viaje de muchos dias por el resto esta muy bien

pensioners mini break
we had a 3 night stay very enjoyable right on the beach and a lovely walk into town each evening.The breakfast is quite adequate for a 1 star hotel .the restaurant is excellent and the service very good and friendly both lunch time and evening,We would certainly stay here again.

30 minute walk from centre of town/castle. Older style building with no lift. Can have car off street. Hotel did have own restaurant.

Beach living :)
This hotel is right on the beach and we went to sleep listening to the waves. The breakfast is simple but fine and we we're outside people watching the world go by on the boardwalk. The people working there are lovely and on for a chat. The location is great, as I said right on the beach, but also close to restaurants. We loved the Mexican restaurant about 900m down the street. The castle is also visible from the hotel, and worth a visit.

Hermoso y muy cómodo hotel sobre la Playa de Peñis
Estuvimos de paso por Peñiscola, para encontrarnos con amigos españoles y conocer el castillo del Papa Luna, así que reservamos una noche en este hermoso y muy cómodo hotel sobre la Playa de Peñiscola. Excelente atención y muy buenas comodidades, estuvimos alojados un Dpto. con dos habitaciones y baño para cuatro personas. El desayuno fue excelente y la atención de su dueño digna de destacar. Tiene estacionamiento, que es otro dato que hay que tener en cuenta cuando viajas en auto. Sin dudas volveríamos en otra oportunidad.

Friendly staff
The staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is a cute little 2 story place right on the beach. The beds were a little soft, and noise travels, but for the price, the amazing location, and super kind staff, I think it's a great find.

Hübsches Hotel unmittelbar am Strand
Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Strand. Es unterscheidet sich wohltuend von den umliegenden Hotelburgen. Von der Terasse hat man einen uneingeschränkten Blick aufs Meer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Traditional hotel in good location
The hotel is older style which we liked. There was no lift so this may be a disadvantage for some people. It was okay for us and the owner offered help with luggage. The owners were very helpful and the position on the waterfront was really nice. We walked along the beach to the castle, an interesting building historically. It took about 30 minutes. Breakfast was very basic, lacked nutritious options like whole meal bread and better quality cereals. The cafe/bar area was lovely. The owners need to look at supplying bottled water (many hotels in Spain do offer free bottled water) At the restaurant we paid for a bottle of water. It came in a glass bottle but I thought it had been poured from bottled water. It was obviously tap water as I was quite sick after. Apart from this we enjoyed the stay.
