Desk clerk was snippy with my wife when my wife asked for drinking water because I was a Gold member. She told my wife my name did not show up when she looked it up and only club members receive free water. I went down to desk and took my bill from the night before at a BWP HOTEL and it showed I was a member. She asked me what do you want? I told her I want credit for my stay at this hotel. She said she knew I was a member. She is a sullen person who casts a bad light on her motel all over a couple bottles of WATER!! Wow. What a cheap outfit!

Three things stood out. First...Coffee makers in both rooms didn't work well at all. Left a bunch of grounds in the cup. More like dirty water. Second was the window darkener shade wouldn’t close all the way and let a lot of the bright parking lot light in. Great parking lot lighting though. The shade just wouldn't block out a bunch if the light. Good lighting. Last was the sleeper couch. Had to go downstairs to get linens, and another trip for a pillow that wasn't in the pack, and the nice woman at the desk could locate a second pillow case. Totally not on her...she did great. Fair stay at a fair price.

Although our room was comfortable, my husband had to use the plunger on our toilet. Even after spending 30 minutes or more, the toilet slowly drained at best. We notified the staff with the hope it would be fixed prior to the next guest arriving. The staff were very pleasant.

A este hotel llegamos para pasar solamente la noche y continuar camino al siguiente día . No obstante, Nos agradó mucho por su ubicación conveniente, cuarto limpio y desayuno variado . El personal de La recepción nos atendió de manera muy Profesional y también la joven a cargo del área de desayuno se esmeró en tener todo presentable y nutrido . Good hotel , everything was clean and in order , breakfast was awesome . Their reception personal and breakfast girl was okay. We only overnight but can says it for my short experience is a good ones to stay .

Clean bedsheets and towels. Clean Bathroom. Breakfast was good. The pool light at night was annoying as it was shining through the sheer curtains but I later learnt that I could have pulled down the blind behind it.

The rooms are a bit dated, and every light bulb in the room is a florescent-type bulb that is both unpleasant and doesn't offer enough light. Plus, the room smells of mildew. Would not recommend.
