'I've stayed a total of 4 nights here, the staff is great, they listen, they're friendly and available to successfully meet the need. This Hilton has some slight updating with wallpaper curling...normal with wallpaper and the electronic door key often requires multiple tries, but I really love this place. The atmosphere is excellent even if you're a woman alone. It is very close to the preferred Hospital, as well as has a shuttle to the best mall. Great place! Great location! Great staffs,...

'It was a pleasant experience. I happened to be staying there when hurricane Sally hit. My room stayed fine. However, the lobby was damaged by the winds and rain, lost power and water. The staff and manager on hand were excellent. They didn’t act frazzled or anxious. They took care of matters and us guests. I really enjoyed the history of the hotel, too. '
