Located on a private beach with chair and umbrella service, private beach club with food and drinks and also situated on a gated community golf resort with heated pool and nice gym facilities. 'Over the last several years we have visited at least 1 unique or luxury home every year. This is one of the best and a hidden gem! This home is everything of that we could ask for, stated in the listing and more. What we initially overlooked was the convenience of the location, which turned out to be pleasant surprise, approx. 10 minutes to Gulf islands national seashore and 2 state parks and a wide variety of restaurants in Perdido beach and orange beach. 'The Villa was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Walking distance to pool and a short shuttle to the beach/beach pool. The bedrooms and baths accommodated our family and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or a night cap! Property owners were quick to respond and quickly took care of a fridge filter (within 20 min of a text!)'

House was beautiful but a couple tables had food on them or crumbs as well as on the floor, master & bunk room had weird pieces of something and a few hairs on the sheets, some rooms had really uncomfortable bedding. Zero AC in the hangout room in the basement; slats shown in pics are open to outside so if it's too hot forget hanging out down there. 'This was one of the best vacations my family and I have every been on. The private beach was amazing and my pup loved to dig in the sand too! We had a great time catching fish and crab off the dock, seeing the blue angels and also enjoying the beach just a few miles down the road. We can't wait to go back!'
