'Vriendelijk ontvangst door Dominique en Veronique. Stond een lekkere fles wijn klaar en wat andere lekkere dingen . Huis was mooi schoon en gezellig ingedeeld. Er was 1 nadeel de stoelen in de woning waren verschrikkelijk slecht en kleine zitting zeker voor oudere zoals wij. Maar verders was alles oké. Wij Huub Truus Henk en José hebben er een mooie vakantie gehad. TOP'

De woning biedt alles wat men nodig heeft voor een deugddoend verlof ... maar vooral de ongelooflijk goede ligging, waar van alles en nog wat te beleven valt ... het super verzorgde zwembad met zicht op de bossen en mooie tuin ... en het warme onthaal van de sympathieke eigenaars ... zorgden voor een onvergetelijke vakantie. 'We can’t rate the property highly enough - spacious open plan living, comfortable bedrooms, hot water, and lots of outside space. Karine and Olivier were attentive, friendly hosts, patient with our terrible language skills and made every effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The village was an easy five minute walk, even with reluctant toddlers, with a fantastic bakery, restaurants and a beautiful paddling spot. So many great day trips possible from this location. 'We loved our stay at Claudine and Gérard's gite. They meet us upon arrival and everything went very smoothly. Gérard showed us around the gorgeous apartment which looks brand new and has every kitchen utensil you could ever need. The air con is a real plus in bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area but the real treat is the large very clean gorgeous swimming pool. 'Beautiful property, stone and beams inside, very rustic, equiped with everything you could need including BBQ and very comfy bed! Wonderful views whichever way you looked, a lovely pond where I saw fish, frogs and water snakes! The owners Sarah and Tim are fantastic! Such lovely friendly people with a wealth of local knowledge! (Including advising us of the best way to get to the rugby in Bordeaux!) I must also mention Tia, their rescue dog who we became very fond of! Such a well behaved...

'Het huis was geweldig en de eigenaren zeer vriendelijk . Voor ons was dit gedeelte van de Dordogne te vlak. we houden van motorrijden en in dit gedeelte miste we de bergen en ook de mooie wandelroutes. Ook was het te warm om dit alles te ondernemen, misschien hadden we meer ondernomen als het wat kouder was. Maar de vrijheid van de accommodatie was geweldig. 'Die Lage ist sehr schön, wenn man in der Natur sein will und kein Tourismus möchte! Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftigt hat aber alles was man braucht und ist funktionsfähig! Der Pool ist sehr sauber und das Wasser klar! Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und freundlich! Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter da es Dauer Regen gab aber sonst war es schön'

'Stunning location with a gorgeous little wendy house which my almost 2 year old adored and lots of other toys and activities to keep us all busy. It was just a shame that the pool wasn't heated which I didn't expect which made it difficult to use with a baby and a toddler.'
