The owners are great people, who do every thing for their guests. The beds are great, good douches, nice balcon to sit. The neighbourhood would be more relax if the traffic would respect the 30 kilometer speed limit. Extensive Italian Breakfast (lot of sweet things)For this B&B you need to be in good condtion because you have to clime at least 2 stairs to reach your room(no elevator) Parking place and free wifi available. Walking down hillto the beach wiil take 15 to 20 minutes. Going back ? Take bus4 or 4/ from the trainstation. Cost only € 1,50. The B&B hasa more classic interior decoration but its cosy. Nice place for a short stay 2- 5 days.

Good stay
Air conditioning had some issues and to have the view you needed to be in one small corner of the balcony. Otherwise it had many good features especially the host.

Pur avendo prenotato una camera familiare con bagno e un letto queen, un letto king size e un divano letto, con ospiti sino a cinque , la proprietà, furbescamente, ha datoe chiavi solo di una stanza. Soltanto dopo aver sistemato tutto e aver notato che aveva dato solo le chiavi di una stanza, essendo in due ho richiesto espressamente anche le chiavi della seconda stanza, essendo stata pagata, e volendola utilizzare per disporre le valigie. Dopo aver chiesto se ne avevamo proprio bisogno ci è stato consentito l' accesso. La colazione da EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE. Vermi nei biscotti e cornetti di pessima qualità. Abbiamo dovuto fare colazione fuori.

Gentile Sig. Alessandro,Vi ringrazio per il vostro feedback anche se trovo personalmente un pò esagerati alcuni aspetti.Avendo prenotato per due persone, di standard diamo solo una stanza in quanto tripla e sufficiente ad accogliere fino a 3 persone. Non appena ha richiesto la possibilità di avere la stanza accanto, abbiamo subito provvisto a concedergliela anche se specificato che la concediamo per prenotazioni da 4 e 5 persone, ciò è piuttosto logico ed evidente in quanto il prezzo da voi pagato è dimostrabilmente molto basso anche per una sola stanza.Per quanto riguarda la colazione, vi assicuro che i cornetti sono freschi e di ottima qualità, sfornati alle 8 in punto, in quanto da voi espressamente richiesto di fare la colazione a quell'ora anche se poi vi siete presentati dopo un'ora. Tutti i nostri prodotti sono freschi e locali e tutti i giorni offriamo dolci, cornetti, salumi, formaggi, Nutella, succhi, yogurt, fette biscottate, marmellata, burro d'arachidi, prodotti tipici Abruzzesi e tantissimo altro ancora per la modica cifra di 5 a persona.Ci dispiace moltissimo del disagio trovato nei biscotti, abbiamo immediatamente provveduto a rimuoverli ed a pulire approfonditamente tutta l'area...malgrado non debba mai succedere, sono cose che possono purtroppo capitare anche se questa ci creda, è la prima volta per noi.Vi auguro di tornare al più presto per dimostrare quanto abbiamo ancora da offrire come host e come struttura.Cordialmente Mario

Proprietaria molto accogliente; noi abbiamo soggiornato in due camere separate che avevano un bagno in comune. Deduco che sia possibile solo prenotarle insieme, in caso contrario due stanze di estranei di trovano a condividere il bagno. Il bagno, pulito e grande, ha bisogno di una ringiovanita.

Basic room in the outskirts of Pescara
Friendly and accommodating host. But very basic facilities and uninteresting help-yourself-breakfast. Maybe some rooms have a view, we did not. The place is far away from everything - 20 minutes walk to the beach and 1 hour to the city center / harbour area.

Calm Room with a view
A special place, a little bit by itself up the hill outside of Pescara. Super quiet and calm area. Good fresh, clean room with a very nice balcony, with table and chairs, even sunchairs . Also a very nice view. The breakfast was a little bit of a let down , since the covid they have prepared everything in the room already before arriving,which is good. But for two persons we got one small juice, one bottle of water, and ofcurse premade sweets and the fette biscottate, a little bit sad. But good coffe with milk. We missed like youghurt/müsli or maybe cornflakes, since for the breakfast we payed extra. The owners were very kind and easy to reach always available. We felt very welcomed at arrival! I definitely recomend this place to stay!

Rundum zufrieden!
Eine super Unterkunft - alles war perfekt. Das Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber gehalten und groß. Felisia die Gastgeberin begrüßte uns herzlichst und lieferte einen super Service (servierte uns jeden Morgen Kaffee und half uns bei Frage gerne weiter). Das Frühstück für 3€ am Tag ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen - für jeden ist etwas dabei. Von der Unterkunft zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 25 Minuten zu Fuß und 15 Gehminuten bis zum Strand.

Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause
Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ein leckeres Frühstück wurde persönlich von der Besitzerin der Pension vorbereitet und serviert. Jederzeit wieder!!

Surpresa positiva, ótima estadia.
Tudo surpreendentemente muito bom. Quarto confortável, a host Manuelly simpática e prestativa, local de fácil acesso. Estivemos em familia no inverno para uma noite de escala. O chão do quarto e banheiro aquecido tornaram ainda mais confortável o quarto. Cafe da manhã e limpeza nota 10! Recomendo!

Meget hyggeligt! Fantastisk god og venlig service!
Dejligt værelse, stor varme, opmærksomhed, hjælpsomhed og service i det hele taget. Eneste minus, at det varme vand kunne være lidt ustabilt på 2. sal. Kommer meget gerne igen. :)
