'The views from the property are wonderful - a camera can’t capture how close the Palazzo Vecchio and Duomo are. Lovely bathroom, and comfortable bed. We loved dining looking at the lights come on all over Florence. Communication was easy. Thank you Serena for an unforgettable stay.'

'The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

'We have stayed in several homes throughout Italy. This was by far our most comfortable stay. Pamela and Stefano are amazing hosts. They answer every question and are very knowledgeable about the area. Stefano even stopped by to check on us and told us about the area. Would definitely recommend staying here.'

'Where to start? Lorenzo is the most gracious host and was so helpful…a complete gentleman. The apartment itself is fantastic with all the comforts of a hotel with great water pressure, A/C in all the rooms, clean and spotless and in the heart of the city but the kitchen, TV and dining area makes you feel like a local. 'Voor het tweede jaar op rij opnieuw onze vakantie doorgebracht in dit mooie vakantiehuis in Cerreto Selva (nabij Sovicille). We hebben weer een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze mooie en rustige omgeving. Fijne contacten gehad met Emmanuela en Roberto Pappini (eigenaren) en de rest van de familie. Het zijn uitermate vriendelijke mensen. Het vakantiehuis is zeer schoon en comfortabel. Wij gaan zeker opnieuw terug naar deze plek!'

'Heel ruim en uitstekend uitgerust huis, in een prachtige omgeving. Groot zwembad met schitterende vergezichten. Een aanrader. Enkele minpunten: soms nogal wat wind, een uitdagend en grotendeels onverhard pad op weg naar het huis dat ver van enkele grote steden ligt (bv anderhalf uur van Firenze).'

'The villa and the surroundings were beautiful. We were three families and there was plenty to do for everyone. A swimming pool with a beautiful view, table tennis, football table and a jaquzzi. The drive to the villa was beautiful despite the 4.5km dirt road. It was well worth it. Reception by a very friendly manager, who was also the chef, went well. (despite the language barrier). She cooked for us one evening which was really delicious and another evening she brought food. Highly...
