Everything from the hallways to the room itself, especially the bathroom was dirty. Many things need to be replaced and updated.

It was good for the price. It was a safe place to lay our head at night. The bed was comfortable and the ac was great. There was not a fridge or microwave. There wasn't much place to put clothes or things, and the hallways were HOT and smelled. The elevator also sounds awful on the top floor. Overall, not a bad room, but we may spend more next time to stay somewhere a little more comfortable.

Liked: price; the location and maintenance of grounds; tidy public areas; check-in & check-out easy and speedy; a/c nice and cold, room clean, bed comfy. Not liked: despite a non-smoking facility, hallways smelled of smoke (or similar odor); elevator rattled/thundered (a tad unnerving) when stopping at 3rd floor; free breakfast disappointing (no OJ, no apple juice, cranberry juice poured as a white liquid), no yogurts.

Cleanest room I've EVER been in Staff was very helpful including the shuttle drivers. Really enjoyed the breakfast omelet and waffles. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was small, dirty, outdated, and smelled like wet dogs. The walls had scratches and stains on them, the outside of the tub was dirty, the entire wall in the bedroom was a mirror that was dirty. It was the nastiest room I’ve ever been in. We asked for a refund and, fortunately, the staff gave us one. So we got a room elsewhere.

The room was very unsanitary. There were fingernail clippings all around the baseboard of the room, there was an excessive amount of hair on the bathroom floor, what looked to be blood on the sheets- regardless, a very noticeable big stain. Overall looked very under kept.

Signs all over non smoking hotel. Our room smelled like an ashtray and had cigarette ashes all o er the desk and alarm clock. It also had something nasty all over the mirrors. Rugs and hall ways looked like they haven’t been vacuumed or cleaned in years

The staff were helpful. The airport transportation was very convenient. The Eastwick train station and there are other bus stop that are very easy to walk to. The outside property and inside did look clean and neat. However the carpet in the room felt sticky. The sink had hot water, but the shower did not.

“Stay away from this hotel! The room was filthy, with bed bugs crawling everywhere, and a stench so bad it made sleeping impossible. Despite complaints, they never bothered to clean or address the issue. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!”

This property has really turned things around since my last visit a couple of years ago. The grounds are well maintained, the staff very welcoming and the rooms are spotless. Ideal option for an overnight stay, very close to the airport and with good transportation links in addition to the hotel's shuttle. Will definitely be staying again next time I'm flying through Philadelphia.

I live in the area but had an early flight so wanted to stay close to the Philadelphia airport. This was perfect. Easy check in and nice staff. The shuttle to the airport runs all night. The room was a. it small and no premium channels, but clean and big enough for my needs.

For the price, it’s great. It is near the airport and has free shuttle service to and from the airport. Aside from that it is out of the way if you’re looking to do things in town. But again, for the price. No complaints.

The property was very run down. When you took a shower you also got to take a bath because the water would back up and not drain. The rooms are old, furniture is chipped, stained and poor condition. Breakfast was very basic. You had to heat up the omelette in the microwave and only 1 was working. Also if you are driving watch for the big pot holes as you come into their driveway.
