Geschikte uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Philly
Het hotel ligt op ruime afstand van de stad (30 km) maar dat was voor ons geen probleem, het was een goed altrernatief voor de veel duurdere locaties nabij het centrum. De kamer was ruim en netjes. We vonden het hotel wel erg groot en vonden ook dat er sommige wat duistere types rondliepen. Er hingen wel camera's in alle gangen maar daardoor vroegen we ons juist nog meer af of het wel helemaal veilig was. Het ontbijt was prima, beter dan verwacht. De tv was kapot en er kwam direct een monteur. Van het zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt maar het zag er prima uit. Het eerste deel bij de centrale hal en het conferentie gedeelte ziet er chique uit, maar de achterste gangen vallen wat tegen. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding vonden wij goed.

They enter the rooms one hour before the end of the time. Very cheap, terrible service. Hotel guests are not treated well. They have bad working staff. 0-⭐️

Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re on a budget/need somewhere to stay last minute. It was pretty nice except there were a couple of cigarette burn holes through the sheets. The toilet seat was messed up, and the water didn’t drain very quickly. As it was decent, I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

Hotel room in which I switched to was dirty The sheets were stained, food was left in the microwave from previous guest. Bathroom shower was dirty. Jacuzzi tub was not working properly. Call down to front desk just to ask for one clean top sheet never received it. Outside doors leaving from the parking lot into the hotel was easily accessed you didn't even need a card to open up the doors all you had to do was pull the handles and the door popped open. Cleaning staff was unable to answer questions in English because they were of Hispanic or other ethic background that did not understand English too well. This hotel has such potential I hope the manager will upgrade it because it is a nice area where you can stay at a reasonable rate. The main problem I had when I arrived I had booked a queen size sweet and was told there was only two bed standard hotel room available and I had to stay in it for that night. In the morning I got in contact with management at the front desk and I was able to change over to the queen size room which I paid for from Expedia.

Worst experience EVER
Had to wait in lobby for half an hour to check in because the attendant was "out", then was told our reservation wasn't in the system, and then I was told we couldn't use the pool even though that was the only reason we chose that particular hotel. We stuck it out, but the next morning the housekeepers followed us down the hall begging for tips, and when we got back that night there were people parked in the entrance to the parking lot partying and we had to drive over the curb to get in. Front desk staff ignored our concerns and complaints, and an hour before check out the housekeepers wouldn't quit knocking and begging us to check out early and leave them tips. Worst experience ever.

It was ok! Found the mysterious black hair others mentioned on our towels as well. Cleaning Lady came at 10:30am to tell us to leave money if we liked it. Bed and sheets were clean and soft, nice sleep. If you love a hot shower and an ice cold fridge as well as a good AC, you are at the right place. We had ketchup on the wall and floor area on one spot. But overall we would come again for a one night stay. Its a two star, therefor it was pretty good. Thank you.

The room was overall in decent condition except there were blood stains on both the beds and the curtains. The floor was dirty and stained our socks while walking around. The bathroom, specifically the shower, was unusable and unclean. The fridge worked, thankfully, but the freezer was disgusting. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful but the housekeeping staff harassed us when we were trying to check out. While there were posters for cameras, I still did not feel very safe there. Also the lights by the bed didn’t work and there were no batteries in the tv remote, but neither of those things would have prompted a bad review on their own, everything else was just not good.

I was just staying the after being at an event all day. After I checked I immediately feel asleep. I tried to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and it was clogged up the sink was also clogged up. I should have checked everything as soon as I got into the room. I could have made a call at a decent hour to have it fixed. But how was an overflowed toilet overlooked.

There was blood on the floor in our room and random Brown hair in mine and my fiancé bed. We have pink and blue hair so it’s definitely not ours, the house keeper asked if she could clean and get us towels, we agreed and she demanded tip money which we didn’t have. 0/10 do not go here!

Reserved and CONFIRMED 2 days ahead for smoking room. There was no smoking rooms. NO shampoo, hair dryer, coffee pot, restaurant, or gift shop. Saw small black dots on both beds. Took some tape and took some of them home. Looked under a microscope and those little black dots had little black legs!!! BED BUGS!!! The pool was covered and was not allowed access to picnic area. There was 2 "gentlemen" sleeping / living inside by the entrance door to our section. Left their trash/belongings there. There was another "gentleman" walking around the courtyard and asked if we were interested in any "entertainment". For a cheap overnight stay I would say "maybe" but any longer than that I would say AVOID this place. Seriously.GO ELSEWHERE!
