I reserved the club suite (1 bedroom) for our 3 night stay which was convenient for my family and I. My room was given to someone else due to "overbooked" how is that possible! Mind you that II personally went before my check in just to see if the room was already available for an early check in. I was told it wasn't ready but they will call me. I got a call about 1.5 hours after that my room was ready. Upon arriving, I was told the room was overbooked and they didn't have anymore suites available. I was given a standard room with a connecting room that was supposed to be a double bed but instead was 1 bed! To add to it, housekeeping never went (the privacy sign was not posted on neither room door, as they stated). At this point I only asked to take the essentials (toilet paper and towels). Housekeeping went only once (Sunday night) a day before our departure. That is only because I saw them cleaning the rooms on the same floor and I had to ask them them.

The staff was amazing. I asked for an extended stay and they gave us a complimentary extension which is very nice since I was willing to pay for whatever they charge us for it. But that gesture from the staff will always be remembered when I make my future booking plans. You have now my loyalty.

The only thing I found excessive was the cost of hotel parking, you pay to stay in a room and you also have to pay for parking separately and very expensive.

This hotel is always frustrating. The space is fine, but it falls short in every category. I only had cold water the whole weekend so not hot showers. The elevators never work so I had to walk 16 flights when the lobby was super busy. The parking and valet were a mess. The small bar/restaurant is understaffed. There is no room service. It was a frustrating stay.

The elevators were not working properly. Several times people got stuck in elevators or the doors wouldn’t open/close all the way. We chose to take the stairs but an unstable person was occupying that space for an unknown amount of time making it unsafe and difficult to get to where we needed to go on time. Front desk staff was polite and helpful.

my stay was good besides the fact that when I booked with expedia i was told there would be free parking and free breakfast. Neither of which was true. Parking was $40 a night and breakfast was $20 a day. Just wish details were clear and both expedia and the hotel were on the same page.

Ok, nothing special, but staff was very nice!
Our stay eas very typical of an average hotel. Only problem was that our room had a king bed and a sleeper sofa for 3 of us. The bed was ok but the sofa bed was so hard and uncomfortable that it was like sleeping on a concrete floor....not good. We attended a full house dance convention/competition with an a teen with food allergies, so we needed to prepare her foods that we brought along using a microwave. There was only 1 microwave available for everyone in this packed weekend. Needless to say, there was a long line to use the microwave. Can't you put a second or third microwave, perhaps on another floor for people to use?

Very good hotel
The hotel was very clean. And the staff was very polite and professional. My only issue was with the limited space to park the vehicle, so i could check in.

Great spot in central Philly. Mind the parking.
The hotel is very nice and centric, and the staff was very helpful and kind. The room was exceptional, same as the amenities (gym, bar, conference rooms, etc). My only problem was the parking situation. To self-park it costs $39 per day and it's very difficult to go in and out of the parking lot due to the constant traffic in front of the hotel entrance. Other than that, it was great!
