'A great location on the island. The house was perfect. The photos online do not do it justice. Very big and spacious in person, easily accommodating 3 families while still allowing all to have their own space. Games room was a big hit with the teens and the back yard was perfect for the little ones to run around.'

The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots/pans, massive plus with the dishwasher! Would defiantly recommend this stay, the beach is an easy walk and very close to the corner store!'

'The house is set in a quiet area with a gorgeous, uninterrupted view to the Newhaven marina and beyond. The layout of the house is so comfortable and workable with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The board games, table tennis table and the wonderful spa pool provided kept us busy. We enjoyed the shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, some within walking distance, not to mention the local wild life of pelicans, swans and the Cape Baron geese for example viewed on our walks. I...

'We had a lovely stay once again at this beautiful house a short walk away from Cowes town centre. Well-equiped with amenities, with great air conditioning, comfy beds and an outdoor dining area. The welcome pack and the teas and coffees were thoughtful and the space was clean and cozy! A great place for a getaway with family and friends.'

'Very good overall but the lack of rails makes the verandah stair a bit of a problem for someone in mid eighties. THe towel rack in the kitchen was broken but the manager woiuld be aware of that. The damaged rack came apart when I meya contact with it. t'

'We spent Easter at Phillip Island and entertained our family members over different days. The living area of the house was fantastic for a big group with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and a lovely big table for everyone to sit around during meals. The deck off the living room was particularly lovely in the sun. Three bathrooms also made it comfortable for everyone. 'Lovely place to stay with our family. Short walk to the beaches that are dog friendly. A well stocked kitchen with all the kitchen implements you need. So relaxing to sit at the kitchen table or on the decking and look at the sea. Great range of games to play and Wii games our teenagers enjoyed. Look forward to returning in the near future. 'The place was perfect for what we needed. Just a place to sleep. It’s quite small but we didn’t do meals (just breakkie) so might have been a bit of a tight squeeze otherwise. Kids beds weren’t very comfortable but otherwise we thought it was great. Clean. Amazing location to access the beach.'
