Bad odor
The house is as presented. We had a great time only wish it could’ve been a little warmer. The only negative thing that I have to say about the property is the next-door neighbor has a chicken coop that really really smelled and I can only imagine what it would smell like in this beautiful backyard when it’s 100° outside.

Everything was great. The only concern we had was we paid for the pool to be heated and day one the water was pretty cold still. By the end it was very nice.

Family Anniversary/Christmas vacation trip
Great house. Only 2 disappointments: The pool heaters were not functioning properly but the owners were very responsive to text about the issue. Second, is the small farm next door! This neighborhood must not have an HOA. The smell was not great at times but the cool weather probably helped with that. Can’t pick your neighbors right! Great big house where we could all be together but not on top of each other.

Great house great location…weird neighbor next doot
Overall our stay was great! We had a couple issues and they were taken care of right away. Great location, house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. Weird request…I wish they would’ve had a broom to sweep up the floors. The one downside to this house is the neighbor next door. They have a bunch of animals that live in the back…goats, chickens and others. When it’s warm outside you can smell them and it’s not pleasant. It was shocking to us that it was allowed in such a nice neighborhood. When we looked over the fence to see where the smell was coming from we were truly disgusted! You could see mice and rats under the chicken coop. We never saw anything at our property but it was gross thinking about what was next door. Overall I would recommend this house but I wish they could do something about the neighbor.

Extended family gathering in paradise
My family of five along with my brothers family of 5, my parents, in laws and sister/brother in law met up for a 5 day stay at this property. Group of 10 adults - 6 kids. Plenty of room for everybody with adequate bedrooms and a great bathroom situation ! Property location was perfect; Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and multiple shopping areas. Neighborhood was quiet and residential. We spent most of the vacation hanging around the pool area (opted for heat) which is exceptional (water slide and waterfall)— putting green, covered bar and grill area, indoor game room was a huge hit with the old fashion game console with hundreds of games including Pac-Man, shuffleboard and pool . We used the hot tub every morning and night. Front patio with open wood burning fireplace was awesome to sit around in the evening. Get a wood bundle from the local convenience store to really enjoy. Property manager was exceptionally responsive. Great surprise was the nearly remodeled theater room which we used to stream movies (included). Was truly an amazing stay. Highly recommend this property and property managers.

Very nice property with a great pool. Great Bedrooms, Great amount of baths. There is a noise sensor that alerts for loud noises after a certain time, we played music loud and made loud noises inside the house and had someone walk outside and you can't hear a thing, Just make sure to keep those noises inside the house and don't go partying outside after the quiet hours and you'll be fine, other minor things that happen to houses like these, door handle coming off, but nothing big that made the house un enjoyable. The house is also a couple minutes from town cosco safeway walmart and restaurants

Bachelor Party Stay
We traveled to Scottsdale to celebrate a bachelor and this place was the perfect spot to stay. The amenities were amazing, hot tub, awesome pool/slide, and outdoor bar setup. Beautiful inside and plenty of space to sleep our guests comfortably. Prior to and during the trip the team was extremely communicative and helpful. It was a quick enough drive to all the key spots but far enough from the noise to truly enjoy our time. The app was also super convenient. Everyone agreed it was the best place we could have picked. 10/10 would recommend it!

The backyard at this house is amazing. The house was clean and easily accommodated 16 guys. Could have accommodated more as everyone had a bed. The host was great with coordinating the 2 rental vans we used and we had no issues checking in or out. Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely book with them again.

Just what our family needed!!!
Wow! Two families traveling together with our kids....it was perfect. We could hardly get our kids out of the backyard! The pool, hot tub, and putting green kept them entertained and the swim up bar was perfect for us adults! The home has a cool game room the kids enjoyed in the evening and the home had the perfect combination of bedrooms to bathrooms to give us all the privacy we needed! Management Company was very responsive! Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing pool; house needs work!
If you are looking for an amazing pool that feels like your own private resort, then look no further! However, if you want a house to feel as equally luxurious, this is not the place for you. We arrived on a Thursday and noticed that the main living space was very hot. By Friday, it still had not cooled down so we called management to express our concerns that the AC was broken. We were told that "it was just working 2 days ago," but we still urged for someone to come and take a look. A maintenance tech showed up Friday morning to confirm that it was, in fact, broken, but a repair man did not arrive until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. After working on the roof for over 2 hours, we were told the AC would be working and would have the house cooled by the next morning (!) (the day of our check-out). When checking-out of the house at 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning, the temperature was still 88 degrees inside the main living space of the home. Let's be honest, it's not enjoyable to spend a weekend in the desert with no working AC and no sense of urgency from the management to come and get it fixed. The house, in general, felt "surface clean" but seemed as if it was in desperate need for a "deep clean." There were broken door handles, holes in the walls behind bedroom and bathroom doors and stains on the bed sheets. Overall, the experience in the house was less than desirable but the beautiful pool in the backyard was exceptional.

We were pleasantly surprised how well this house handled 15 of us large humans. As former athletes, most of us were 6'4" or taller and the bedroom / bed situation was ideal for a very pleasant weekend. Pool area and game area was 🔥
The yard was incredible in the day time. Game room was great too. We did have some issues there was barely any lighting at nighttime. The entire left side of the pools lighting didnt work nor the lighying under the waterfall and groto. We tried everything and communicated with the management company. They were responsive every time quickly except on this item. The fan did not work in certain areas. The ice maker did no work at all. The Bunk area hvac system wasnt working properly and kept that room very hot with no ventilation. The one of the sliding doors was stuck (not a big deal though). The house was great other than these items. I do wish the pictures showcased the house in its form, i felt the pictures were touched up a bit as the home's interior was pretty outdated. The master quarters is incredible. I do appreciate what we got and i appreciate the management for what they have done. We tried our best to follow their instructions and hope we were able to leave the home as good as we left it. I do appreciate that they have some spices available for us. I thank them very much for having us.

I booked this house for our company retreat and was not disappointed. There was 9 of us and all slept comfortably. The pool was amazing and the putting green came in hand since we two days of golfing while there. Restaurants and grocery stores were within minutes. Great house and a great location.

Great Vacation Home!
This house was amazing! The house is just as pictured. Plenty of beds and baths for our group of 17 people. All bedrooms besides one had a bathroom attached to the room. The pool area is beautiful and so fun and relaxing to hang out in, along with the water slide and swim-up bar. The fridge was very spacious, but make sure to bring your own ice, as the ice machine is small. Overall, our group really enjoyed our stay.

The house and location were great! Ample space for 13 of us. 7 adults & 6 children. Ample size bedrooms & plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Pool & backyard area was fantastic. The Perfect vacation
We stay for 4 days, this house was everything we could asks for! huge rooms/ large kitchen with multiple games for kids, super clean everywhere. The backyard was beautiful, the pool was heated and we love the water slide/ spa. Great Stay w/ Friends
We chose this house based on the pool and property size and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each others company. As other reviews stated, there was a farm type smell outside but it wasn't too bad and you get used to it quickly. I'd stay here again!

Excellent House!
This was the perfect house to rent while visiting the Scottsdale area. The house was clean, everything was in working order, and the pool was amazing! The whole process was great and next time we are in Scottsdale we will be renting this house again. Rent this house, you won't regret it!

Amazing property
The house was great for what we were looking for. It was very clean organized and a party house. The outdoors was my favorite part of the house. The only complain I have is that when we were outdoors it stunk like cow manure. It was bad. I know That’s not the owners or the property managers fault. Overall great listing! Can’t wait to go back

Joint Bachelorette/Bachelor Party
This house is amazing! We spent almost the whole weekend in the pool. It's massive and the water slide, grotto, tanning deck, swim up bar and ramada area were perfect for our group of 16 to hang out in small groups or gather with enough space for everyone. The kitchen island is a good space and the bedroom area is secluded from the living areas. There is only one living room, though the pictures show two angles. Some of the lights didn't work, only one grill burner worked and there could have been more garbage bags supplied to gather our own trash and recycling before checkout. There is also a small farm next door that we definitely caught a few whiffs of, but it wasn't a constant smell. Overall we had a blast and our entire group was very impressed with the house!

Disappointed
On the first day when we arrived we noticed a ton of flies inside and outside the house and a urine smell in the backyard. It wasn’t until the second day we noticed over the wall to the right of the house the neighbors yard had about 15-20 goats/sheep’s and tons of bird cages and chickens. It was disgusting. We couldn’t even eat a dinner on the back patio because of it. The property itself was nice, not quite as nice as the pictures let on. The pool area was great, but the flies and urine farm smell was a deal breaker for us.

Great vacation
This house was wonderful for our family. We had one issue with one of the showers not providing hot water. We called the maintenance people and they said they sent someone to fix it. It was never "fixed" satisfactorily because the two of us trying to shower in that bathroom never got enough hot water to make it comfortable. We just showered in the main bath which had great temperature variations. The beds were great and the pool was welled used and lots of fun for kids. It would be nice to have more toilet paper and trash bags available for use while staying in a rental. We had to go buy trash bags, toilet paper and hand soap after a day. A TV in the game- kitchen area where the clock is would be nice to have. Watching sports is a great family time while playing the games. Overall I would recommend this property for large family groups. The separate bedrooms and the indoor pool table, foosball and shuffle board games were great!!! Thanks for sharing this home!!!

Very nice place - comfortable for 5 couples. Game area/pool made it fun to be at the house and visit
Great rental experience - very nice neighborhood and convenient location. Pleased with all recreational equipment and games except hot tub needed new water/cleaning. Property Manager was very accessible and reached out to us to make sure we were happy - excellent follow up was very impressed.
