Perfect place for our week long getaway

Great spot for some sun and private pool
Loved it. Very minor cleaning issue was well-received by owner. A few biting insects (no-see-ums) at the pool side, but lovely and warm for a change. Beds were comfy, and there are loads of things to do in Phoenix. We even had access to a couple of bikes and a relatively private pickleball area! Had a great stay, thanks Kit!

Excellent property for family
We stayed for 1 week. The pool and hot tub were our main reason for staying here and they were awesome- we opted to pay extra to heat the pool and it was worth it. The property is at least 10-15 min drive from larger stores but there is a Safeway close by for groceries. The kitchen was well-equipped. The backyard has nice seating. The neighborhood is quiet at night. We slept comfortably. The owner was easy to communicate with and friendly. Thanks for a great week!

Power Ranch hikefest and resort like stay
Loved our stay at Kit's place! It was an open concept layout, it seemed larger than in the pictures. Great kitchen, well equipped, and backyard with a pool and hot tub and a grassy area that my grandson loved to kick his soccer ball around. There was also a playground and soccer fields in Power Ranch community. We enjoyed hiking at San Tan mountains, and other mountains. Great shopping nearby and a variety of restaurants in Gilbert to visit. Kit was very responsive and great to communicate with. Would love to go back one day!

Better than advertised!
The house was spotless and had all the amenities advertised plus more, and is perfectly set up for short term rental. The neighbourhood was quiet and well kept, and it’s located close to anything you need. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and always responded quickly to anything I asked. Definitely would recommend this place and would stay here again if in Phoenix.

Everything was fantastic. The kitchen well supplied, the beds very comfortable, and we loved the chiminea. We enjoyed the walking trails from the house. We had great 2 weeks in Gilbert and the surrounding areas.

Wow! Totally Awesome house. Fully stocked kitchen,quite neighborhood beautiful pool and hot tub. Close to anything you need or want to do. An Oasis Exceeding Expectations
Kris was an accommodating and responsive host. You don't want to bother the owner, but sometimes little things arise, such as burned out patio bulbs which were immediately replaced. And he gave us access to the locked mailbox so we could receive meds as our stay was for 6 weeks. . The property was one of the best we've rented and we've rented plenty and once were vacation rental owners ourselves. Nice quiet neighborhood and lovely area for walking. We arrived at the home to find a welcome bottle of wine and a bowl of citrus, from the variety of trees on the property. A tremendous addition to the backyard, which was nice and private. The house was immaculate and the amenities over the top. This rental was such a find because of the added value received for unexpected items that were more than just a "nice touch. To name a few: access to the garage endless television channels (none of that roku streaming content via your own account) regular coffee pot and a keurig, with an assortment of pods extra supply of paper products home decor amazing but some items not suitable for the hands and curiosity of younger children quality, quality furnishings and most noteworthy the yard furniture made of cast iron and thick cushions (none of the plastic stuff or thin cushions) amazing variety of drinking glasses including beer mugs, margarita glasses, only ones still needed were champagne glasses. Needless to say a 5+ star property. Highly recommended. THANK YOU KIT!!!!!

Great Home, well equipped for your stay.
Nice quiet location with a great home for families. We enjoyed the pool and living spaces in and out. They have thought of lots of little things to make your stay easy. Pool toys, floaties, kitchen is well equipped and towels, sheets are plentiful. Laundry and cleaning supplies as well. Easy to communicate with and always helpful with any questions. Lots of trails to hike and cycle.

We had a great time at Casa Kit. Owner very quick to respond to any questions. Supposed to be 6 of us but due to circumstances it was only 4 for us for 6 days and then the 2 of us for 5 weeks. Pool was great. Once you get to know your location it is easy to get to different places. San Tan mall is a short 10 min drive. Salt River Tubing was excellent we had so much fun. The surprise proposal of our nephew visiting from Scotland was great . It happened The Top of the Rock in Tempe Only negative was the barking dogs at 6am in the morning and no one attended to them. Lovely Home
Casa Kit is a lovely home, more spacious than the pictures suggest and very clean. The pool is delightful and we spent most of our time, when at the house, in the pool. It was extremely hot the week we were in AZ so the pool was essential. There is a roll out awning for shade, misters, and tiki torches (which we forgot to use!). The master suite is very nice but the bed is a bit too soft for me. For people with back issues, it might be better to sleep in one of the other rooms, with firmer beds. Also, the light in the master is fairly bright early in the morning but the other rooms remain dark. The check in process was easy, the neighborhood quiet and close to everything. The owners are very responsive and helpful. For example, we had already been to the store for our food and supplies and realized when we got home that we were nearly out of paper towels. Chris sent the housekeepers over right away and gave us some paper towels, which was immensely appreciated. Our family had a really nice time in AZ, despite the high heat, in large part due to the comfortable digs at Casa Kit. We would absolutely stay there again.

Love the layout of the house; very functional! The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! The living room was great for movie watching at night with the comfortable recliners. We spent most of our time in the back yard. The pool and hot tub were wonderful while catching some sun. Also, this house is located near many shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and hope we can visit again soon. Thank you Chris!

The property was perfect - pool, hot tub, patio, tv’s, kitchen furnishings, linens, location - everything. All we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Because everything was just as we wanted/needed, we had no reason to seek help from Cris, but I’m sure if we had he would have taken care of our needs. If you want to enjoy your stay without worry, this is the place.

Awesome Gilbert Stay
The house was fantastic! Lots of room, open floor. The kitchen and supplies were stocked with all the necessities. The owner was extremally responsive and the entire experience was very smooth and easy. And don't forget about the heated pool and hot tub. So fun and clean! BBQ's, pool toys and a great outdoor area for all. Trilogy Golf Course just minutes away! The place was fabulous! Highest marks for this Gilbert gettaway!

We very much enjoyed our stay, Chris was very easy to communicate with. The house had everything one could need. We paid to have the pool heated, and were able to swim in it every day, it was wonderful. The hot tub was a nice bonus and great a night time for star gazing! Wonderful Home - 2nd time guests!
This was our 2nd time staying at Casa Kit and this time was equally as great as the first time! We visit the Gilbert area often to visit family, and this home is at the very top of our list to stay during our visits. The house is extremely clean, has all the amenities that you could need and the pool/hot tub can't be beat! Chris is very responsive and makes the process so easy! The last thing you want to do on vacation is have to stress, and he makes it so all we have to think about is relaxing family time. This time, our stay was in October (vs June our first time) and we paid to have the pool heated, which I'm so glad we did. There is a shed with pool noodles/inner tubes that we could utilize and the kids had a blast swimming every day. We were sad for our vacation to end and leave the comfortable house (and beds!), but know we will be back again for stay #3!

Southwest Paradise
This home was immaculate, one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated in every room and fully stocked in the kitchen. We spent hours in the beautiful backyard, and ate many meals poolside. With the tiki torches, chiminea and good music it was hard to beat. We paid to have the pool heated and it was well worth it - were able to enjoy a lot of early morning swims and water volleyball in the afternoons. Would love to stay again sometime!

TERRIFIC HOUSE, POOL, and LOCATION!!
“Casa Kit” was absolutely fantastic! I am an 81 yo single grandparent and I stayed 1 1/2 weeks at this lovely house with my 2 grandchildren also staying a couple of days . For me the location was perfect just down the road from my daughter’s house, also in Power Ranch . It was judged by my daughter as her “dream house “ being on one floor and having a pool and to my surprise a “hot tub” !! ( Can’t remember that being in the description. ) The house is very close to Trilogy golf course where my granddaughter takes golf lessons and a great restaurant that we went to a couple of times. I did not take advantage of the community pools but I have used them in the past while staying at my daughters and they are great ! The house is also very close to a Safeway and Walgreens- - within my walking distance . Of course the whole area provides any type of restaurant you could ever want within a 15 min drive. Three great TVs that were working !! and needed no special instructions and provided all the extra Netflix, etc channels for children and “ movie” watching. This was unusual for some VRBO houses. I have stayed at. There wasn’t a utensil or dish or pan I needed to buy for cooking - the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The house was very clean I was truly amazed by the super large “walk-in” closet for the master bedroom. Finally, everything was “perfect” for my stay. The owner was immediately responsive to any question I had. Looking forward to another vacation stay. I have stayed at several VRBOS near Gilbert / Scottsdale over the yearsvand this was truly “The Best”!!! THANK YOU !

Oasis for family!
We had a great experience at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You get access to the neighborhood amenities which include several parks for the kids (one 2 blocks away!) as well as a duck pond, additional pools (we didn’t use the other pools as the backyard was awesome!) and a splash pad our littles loved! The house was spacious and clean. Master was HUGE with a beautiful, clean bathroom and huge closet. Guest rooms were nice and you could squeeze in a pack and play next to the bed in either room. Living had huge couches, a smart tv, and sound bar. Dining area was nice. Kitchen was clean and oven and fridge were big. The dishwasher had a rusty rack that needs replacing so we didn’t use and had to hand wash everything but not a deal breaker. A few kitchen items needed to be cleared for rust/wear and tear but it was so well stocked if something wasn’t ok there was an alternative! Coffee was perfect! The backyard was the place to be. Beautiful, lush landscaping. Retractable shade and huge umbrella that shaded a small portion of the pool. Nice steps going in that were perfect for little ones just learning and getting comfortable in a pool. The littlest could sit on the top step comfortably and still be in the water! Nice grass area and well maintained. Comfortable lounging chairs and couch. Outside speaker for Bluetooth. We used the grill and hot tub nightly with the tiki torches and it was a little paradise. Highly recommend! We booked last minute due to having to cancel a family reunion in a Covid hotspot and so glad we did. The host was attentive and super responsive. She was out of the country and replied to concerns immediately. The night before our arrival a sand storm blew through and she had a pool man there on a Sunday afternoon to clean and fix it up! Hot tub wasn’t working due to extreme heat and she walked us through cooling it down and resetting and we used it every night! She was awesome! Only ding would be the hammock in the photos that my kids were excited about had seen better days and was unusable. Again not a deal breaker. A relaxing, clean, and well maintained property and felt well taken care of!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay very much! Chris is excellent with communication. He will respond back to any email questions you may have within a matter of minutes. The check in process was a breeze. Very clean and well appointed house in a quiet community that has everything you could ask for. Chris has definitely put a lot of thought into the furnishings at the house to make sure the guest has everything they need. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Landscaping and the pool were perfect. Patio furniture is well taken care of and very comfortable. There is a hot tub, bbq, bbq/pizza oven and little fire pit for your outdoor use if you desire. This was a beautiful home where Chris has done everything to make sure the guest has a fantastic stay. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back. We couldn't have rented a nicer home.
