Fijn chalet met super uitzicht en personeel!
Wij vonden het verblijf echt top! Vanaf ons chalet hadden we fantastisch uitzicht over zee en de bergen. Chalet was schoon en ruim genoeg. Zwembad was ook ideaal. Ook is er naast dat je zelf kan koken de gelegenheid om te ontbijten en dineren in het restaurant. Ook het personeel was echt fantastisch, super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Conclusie, wij komen nog eens terug en raden het iedereen aan!

Mooi klein vakantiepark, prijs/ kwaliteit minder
Wij hadden een chalet geboekt voor 9 nachten. Chalet was klein voor gezin van 4 personen. Terraszitjes zijn per 4 aaneengesloten (weinig privacy). Met Chalet hadden we verwacht een op zich zelf staand huisje (klein hadden we wel verwacht). Kitchenette was slecht, oud en kromgetrokken. Bestek, service en pannen niet ruim aanwezig. Schoon linnen en doeken was goed geregeld. Airco gratis. Vakantiepark mooi en netjes, zwembad: badmuts verplicht, hele dag toezicht en super schoon....Dit is 4 sterren. Entertainment in de vorm van muziek aan het zwembad, ook in de avond tot ong. 23.00. Restaurant/ cafetaria goed geprijsd en gastvrij. Speeltuin niet gebruikt, niet aantrekkelijk. Supermarkt tegenover het park.

This was a great place overlooking the water. Lots for children to do (playground, pool). Lunches at the pool were fantastic. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included.

I am currently inter-railing Europe so I am aware of the type of stay that we had booked. We arrived at 10pm and the staff were very friendly, however the 2 person bungalow was below standard. There was 1 working socket so we could only charge one of our phones at a time, which was inconvenient when travelling. The shower was mouldy, there was no cleaning service during our stay and we were not informed that we would have to pay for access to anything but a bed to sleep in basically. If you are just looking for this it is good, but the cleanliness and noise of other guests was off-putting. For a “4-star resort” it does not meet the rating advertised.

Chalet turned out to be an extended old mouldy caravan nothing like the photos. Groups of German school kids that are loud from early in the morning till late at night. Good breakfast

Bungalow diversi rispetto alle foto, pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo, scarsa pulizia, stanze umide, male arredare e piene di zanzare e insetti vari, bagno fatiscente, letto molto scomodo e per concludere colazione pessima, con cornetti che sembravano di legno, non lo consiglierei a nessuno e non ci tornerei neanche a gratis !!!

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, anche le casette sono comfortevoli e con aria condizionata. Da dimenticare la colazione, non adeguata ad un villaggio turistico. Buona l'animazione e i servizi di supporto.

처음 호텔을 찾아갈 때 관광지와 좀 떨어져 있어서 너무 힘들었어요. 시타 SITA 버스가 생각보다 제 시간에 오지 않거든요. 하지만 도착해서 캐리어를 방에 두고 밖에 나가서 산책했는데 한적한 마을 느낌이 너무 좋았습니다. 그리고 직원들이 한국인을 반갑게 맞아 줘서 좋았어요. 호텔 안에 수영장도 있어요. 호텔이라기 보다는 펜션에 놀러 간 느낌이 들었어요. 접근성 면에서 좀 힘들지만 다른 부분들은 다 괜찮았어요.

Accomodation was very basic, only 2 ring cooking facility, no oven or microwave. Small fridge and some cupboards. Bedroom really sparse with thin mattress. Had to pay €40 for cleaning at end of week, but only thing clener did was empty bin and pull covers across bed. So was a very disapointing stay. Breakfast was just a roll some jams and hot drinks. Only plus was staff friendly

Excelente lugar, la atención de Serena hay que resaltar por su amabilidad! Buen trato! El lugar tal cual lo muestra la web. No tuvimos el más mínimo problema. El desayuno self service completo y la comida de la noche excelente lo mismo que el trato de todo el personal del comedor. Estuvimos alojados cuatro días y pasamos una estancia muy agradable. Unexpected stay
I stayed Villaggio Turistico Costa Alta due to my original accommodation falling through at the last minute. It wasn't the kind of place I'd generally choose to say, which makes reviewing it quite tricky to be impartial. First, the location. Piano di Sorrento is a lovely little village, surprisingly full of high-quality reasonably-priced restaurants within walking distance. Careful on those roads though! Public transport is good via the Circumvesuviana train, however, the buses were unusable (they get full in Sorrento and then either drive past or miss out Piano di Sorrento entirely). The resort has a nice view from the tops of the cliffs if you sit where the wooden benches are (watch out for mosquitoes). We spent 4 nights in the stone-built cottage, and one night in what I can only describe as a caravan with wheels. The stone-built cottage was good, although nowhere to sit inside (two bedrooms, small kitchen and bathroom). There is a seating area outside, but this seems to be a popular resort for large groups of young Germans who like to party outside their accommodation which isn't separated from your own. The "caravan" accommodation was much poorer, and any noise bleeds straight through badly. We only permitted a breakfast on one morning for some reason, which was just as well as it seemed to consist of a bread bun, some jam and coffee. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming and accommodationg. 3.5/5

Rooms are basic but comfortable with great air con the pool area was amazing we had it to ourselves most of the day. The restaurant seemed to get large groups of older kids on excursions at night but they were all supervised and well behaved. Staff were very friendly and receptionists went out there way to help at all times. I would go back again. Location was great we could walk to Piano and then get a bus or train to anywhere we wanted.

Overall a pleasant experience, shame about all the school visitors as meal times were a bit noisy and some of the children of school visitors and other guests were very inconsiderate in and around the pool. There was no supervisor at certain times. Staff responded to any issues with rooms promptly.

Delusione totale!
Ci tengo a precisare che non era la nostra prima volta in questo Villaggio; mancavamo da tre anni ma rispetto della struttura che ricordavamo non ne abbiamo trovato praticamente nulla! Siamo abituati a soggiornare in strutture di ogni tipo, dagli ostelli agli hotel a 5 stelle e non richiediamo la luna a prezzi "bassi" avevamo prenotato 3 notti per 54 euro a notte! è vero che si tratta di un villaggio, ma nella descrizione si precisa con forza che si tratta di una struttura a 4 stelle con tutti gli agi che una struttura del genere dovrebbe garantire. Invece, Ci siamo ritrovati innanzi ad un bilocale (risultato di un Upgrade della nostra prenotazione) Il bungalow, si presentava con un odore di chiuso talmente pungente da non potervi entrare, i pavimenti erano ancora bagnati perchè evidentemente ci si era resi conto all'ultimo istante di essere andati in overbooking e tutto ciò aveva condotto ad una pulizia dell'appartamento ( in particolar modo della toilette) che definire approssimativa sarebbe veramente un regalo. Il bagno inoltre era mal ridotto, con la doccia completamente mangiata dall'umidità e con il soffione privo di gancio che era appeso in un portasapone totalmente ingiallito. Con la mia compagna abbiamo deciso di non voler soggiornare 3 notti in quel bilocale e pagando come previsto da Expedia una notte di penale (inizialmente ci era stato chiesto il costo dell'intero soggiorno). è stata un esperienza cominciata male e finita ancora peggio.

There is no comparison between two 4 star properties, Grand Hotel Palatino - Rome, and Costa Alta. The Staff was very friendly at Costa Alta but the rooms should be rated at 0 stars. Old bunk beds army style, old dirty couch, 1970 style/look kitchenette, very small bedroom and even smaller tv, with an outdated bathroom with small septic tank flies allover. Great piece of real estate very poorly equipped. The pool looked amazing, just couldn't use it after hours.

Мы проживали вдвоем в шале с одной спальней, площадь небольшая 18кв м. Очень понравилась полянка у домика с видом на море, бассейн, тишина, сад. Завтрак средний. До поезда 15 мин ходьбы, удобно путешествовать. Персонал внимательный. До моря идти 15 мин -неудобно по серпантину, но есть лифт.

Die Ferienhäuser sind zwar alt aber sehr sauber.Die Badehaubenpflicht am Pool ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Sehr laut in der Nacht durch Schülergruppen es kümmert sich keiner um Ruhe!!

Einfacher Bungalow direkt an einer Steilküste
Die Bungalows sind sehr einfach eingerichtet. In unserem Fall ein Doppelbett, ein sehr altes Stockbett, en Sofa, Küchenzeile und ein kleines Badezimmer. Es sind häufig Gruppen von Jugendlichen anzutreffen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich. Der Pool darf nur mit Badehaube benutzt werden.

Reint, god service, men veldig trangt mellom bungalowene!! Bassengområdet og dei større leilighetane samsvarer med bilder på internet, men det er ingen bilder av bungalowene, og det forstår me godt etter dette oppholdet. Bungalowene er som ombygde brakker/campingvogner og dei står veldig tett, så det er lite privatliv. Synest difor at prisen er høg i forhold til standarden.

I knew beaches were in short supply in Sorrento and I like a swim so a good pool was important in my booking. Pool is a really good size with lots of seating around. There were some school parties on site while we were there but had a good swim every day and sometimes even had it to ourselves. Had a one bedroom bungalow plus a sitting room with 2 gas rings and a fridge, and also a table outside to eat breakfast and have a drink in the evening. There is a beach/quayside 5 minutes walk away from the site. Sorrento is 5-10 minutes away by bus (there is a shuttle bus 3-4 times a day from the site) or a 15-20 minute walk to the station and Sorrento is 2 stops (1.20 euros and 5 mins) away. The same station gives you access to Pompeii (about 3.50 euros) and Naples. There are quite a few nice restaurants in and around Piano di Sorrento as well as in Sorrento but Piano itself is definitely a bit more down market. Didn't eat at the site restaurant but did use the very reasonable bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. School parties were a little loud in the early evening but it was always quiet after 11. There is a nice seating area overlooking the coast. It's a good value option for staying in the area.

Aunque fuimos en plan de pareja y el hotel es claramente un lugar familiar, nos encantó. El servicio era bueno, las personas muy atentas y afectuosas. Es une excelente lugar para descansar y que los niños se diviertan, el único contra es que está alejado del centro de Sorrento pero pasa un shuttle justo en frente con el cual es fácil ir y volver.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Standard på lägenhet var enkel. Trist med dåligt avlopp på toalett. Bra men enkel frukost, fick det vi bad om, så bra service. Bra pool, med gott om solstolar. Trist att den stängde poolen två timmar på em.

The hotel was published as a 4 star hotel. It is hardly a 2 star hotel. the room is tiny, the furniture is very old, there are no mosquito's nets on the windows (and there are lots of mosquitos...) the bathroom is tiny, with insects coming out of the holes... the floor was not clean and the blankets were very old. The rooms are like little huts in the garden (all rooms seem similar) and the garden is nice.

We had a lovely stay in April at Costa Alta - it is away from the main tourist area in Sorrento, quiet and picturesque, but at the same time only a short walk from shops and the station, and quite near the marina and the beaches in the next town. The staff was very friendly; the restaurant was convenient; and the cabins were spacious and clean.

We were on our way to Amalfi coast.So, we needed a one night stay place. It was very suitable for that. Mountains are really nice and the chalet was spacious.

Very basic cabin accommodation. Was clean. Had a cook top but no kettle or toaster and nothing to wash dishes with. Very tiny room but comfortable beds. Has a large swimming pool which was very clean. Fairly good breakfast. Easy 10 minute walk to piano train station which is 2 stops from sorrento. Very nice staff. For the price it is good basic accommodation just outside Sorrento.

Schöne Unterkunft für Selbstversorger
Wir hatten ein Chalet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Kochgelegenheit gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage der Bungalowanlage ist toll, auf einem Felsvorsprung oberhalb des Meeres, inmitten von Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen. Sehr kinderfreundlich mit kleinem Spielplatz.

Ma réservation a été accepté par hôtel.com, lorsque nous somme arrivé a l'hôtel avec notre numéro de confirmation , on nous mentionné un problème avec les chambres et qu'il n'était pas possible pour nous d'y séjourner . Ils nous ont offert une accommodation , soit coucher dans un monastère situé a plus de 500m de l'hôtel . Très décevant quand on planifie des vacances

Friendly site.
First time with this company, but would use them again. The accommodation was basic as the price would suggest, but was perfectly adequate for a week long stay. The entertainment staff worked very hard to include everyone. Lovely Pizza place within a 5 minute walk and more expensive restaurants by the coast (15/20 minute walk). Great ice cream parlour on the way into Pianno. Ideal for families, with entertainment laid on for the children and the lovely pool.

Very small chalet (shed) had everything you need for a short stay. Walls are very thin lots of kids on school trips staying at this resort. Kept been woken up by fruit falling on the roof and kids shouting. The pool was clean and a good size. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Gentili Sigg. pur volendo dare una valutazione su questa struttura in realtà non potrei. In verità siamo stati spostati in un albergo vicino perchè apparentemente la struttura prenotata e pagata non aveva posto! Dopo aver prenotato sul portale hotels.com sono stato contattato da qualcuno della struttura e mi hanno riferito che ci avrebbero fatto pernottare altrove. Sicuramente non è carino pagare per qualcosa e riceverne un'altra. Saluti

Lovely view, great pool
We stayed in a stone chalet. It was basic, but had a lovely view of the gorge through the window. It was dated decor-wise and we just had the one set of towels for our stay. The pool was good, but you need to wear swimming caps. The park unfortunately was pulled apart while we were there, so the kids only got to play there on the first day; hopefully it will be renovated for future guests.
